The clerk called us in the middle of the night, demanding that we move our truck because he didn’t like how we were parked. The parking lot was completely full, so we parked by the entrance where we weren't in anyone's way. Despite this, he came banging on our door, yelling that we’d be towed at midnight, even though we had been parked there since 7pm. Completely disrespectful and rude. The dining area only has three tables for the entire hotel. Avoid this place.

There were long hairs in the shower and behind the toilet, i didnt want to change rooms as they are amazing and there were no other cleanliness issues and the front staff were awesome but cant give it 5 stars for that reason..... They need to upgrade their tech though with the key system etc. But the property has had an amazing refresh, very impressed.

Nice hotel, clen and well kept. Staff were friendly. Was surprised at level of hotel and cost considering other Toronto hotels were literally double the price on 10 minutes from downtown.
