THE SPACE:
Our 2 bedroom basement suite is stunningly furnished with:

‱ 2 Queen beds [1 in in each bedroom].
‱ 4 seat dining table.
‱ Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare a meal.
‱ Couch.
‱ TV in living room with Netflix (no cable).
‱ 1 beautifully renovated bathroom with spa luxury toiletries.

***WHAT MAKES US A MEMORABLE STAY***
The main level of the home is an art studio where small classes are held to teach talented artists how to create their masterpieces. We offer a complimentary class to each guest during their stay. This is an excellent option for families with children or for couples who want to experience a fun & unique date night.

Our small classes of 6-10 students take place 5 days a week from Tuesday-Friday from 11:00am - 7:30pm. Saturday from 10:30-3:30. Classes are not held on Sunday and Monday.

** The entire 2 bedroom basement suite is fully private. Guests may expect to hear a little noise during class hours however it will be completely silent after 7:30pm every day, Also, since there are no classes held on Sunday & Monday, there will be complete silence throughout the day on these days.

**Guests have their own private entrance at the side of the home as shown in the picture of the white exterior door. Your private entrance is exlusive to you. We want to express that full privacy is assured.**

We really enjoyed our stay! Having a convenient place to park our vehicle was a huge plus. The space was cozy and clean, perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the city and had all the amenities we needed. We appreciated the easy access to public transportation and felt completely safe walking to dinner in the neighborhood, even after dark. The host communicated all the details clearly before our arrival and even left a light on for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend!

We had an overall good time at Bita's. However we expected a cleaner environment (especially the kitchen cupboards and windows). The bath was really nice and clean. Bita and her husband are very friendly and answered super quickly. We did not complain about the WiFi, but the signal was not strong enough to reach the bedrooms. We were told to turn on the exhausterfan when using the stove, wich was helpful. However even with it turned all the way on, there was so much smoke building, that we weren't able to properly use the stove during our stay. We are very grateful for our stay in this quiet and sweet neighbourhood

Late communication but very nice stay

We didn't get early check in instructions, and I panicked a bit when we didn't hear back until the day of. However once we checked in the property was beautiful and easy to use. It was comfortable on a very hot couple of days, and well appointed for our family of 3. Beds were comfortable, good size and affordable. I'd highly recommend.

Eras Tour Stay

We stayed here while we were in town for the Eras Tour in November 2024. We absolutely loved our stay. It was a great and affordable alternative to the busy and expensive down town. Getting down town was very easy using the transit system, which is a quick walk away.There are a lot of cute restaurants and shops within walking distance.The unit was very clean, cute, and decorated nicely.Communicating with the owner was easy, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute place!

This is a great little quiet place! Clean, nice neighbourhood, listing looks just like the real thing. I stayed here with my teenager for a sports competition nearby and it was a perfect place for us to cook healthy meals and test comfortably! Wish we had more time to check out an art class. Would definitely stay here again!

The space was welcoming and very clean. The kitchen had everything that you would need for cooking. The bedrooms were a nice size. I did find the bathroom to be quite cold including the tile floor.
