I was deffiently skeptical about the emails I got before check in and almost cancelled. But this really isn’t a hotel with a front desk so follow the instructions and you will get a GREAT room in an AWESOME location

The check in process was absolutely awful.After spending an hour trying to get in, we got in unpacked some stuff, put some washing in and sat down. The check in guy then turns up at the door saying he gave us the wrong property, and expected us swap, we obliged but said we had put washing in, he expected us to liaise with the other guests who weren’t returning until after 11pm to come back and pick up the washing, rather than letting us back in to collect when the cycle had finished in 30 minutes, we refused and he reluctantly agreed to return. Then when we got to our apartment which we booked for 4 people, we were meant to have two single beds and a double bed. We had a double bed and one single, then there was a sofa but this wasn’t a sofa bed just a sofa, no duvet or pillow provided. Then there were multiple other problems, the windows are floor to ceiling and in the bedroom the whole window was not there and was just boarded up with wood, the blinds didn’t close fully, half the plugs sockets were only working intermittently, the bedroom door was caught slightly open, the bathroom lock didn’t work, the sliding doors to the wardrobe were extremely difficult to open and kept getting stuck, when we used the washing machine in the apartment it just popped open mid cycle getting the floor completely soaked, clearly this had happened before as the floor boards were raised in front of the washing machine, the dishwasher was inoperable due to being poorly installed

Dirty and umkempt. Toilet was already used before walking in. There was broken doors stored on the balcony, the wall had a huge hole in it, floors were broken. As well as floor board. costumer service through phone and email was not very helpful.. would not reccomend for the price i paid for 2 nights.

Communication with the team was very poor, though one member, Vicky, was helpful. The unit was not restocked with toilet paper from the previous stay, resulting in an unpleasant situation where I had to wait over an hour for a single roll. The unit also had a strong curry odor, requiring us to use Febreze and keep the windows open for three days to air it out. Additionally, the walls showed signs of decay, adding to the unit’s overall neglected condition. I had paid for a parking stall, but it was taken by someone else, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the staff failed to accommodate or address the situation in a timely manner. The team seemed very unorganized and difficult to deal with.

Great location, spacious...but there were several small maintenance problems 1. Front door handle jams. 2, button missing ensuite toilet. 3, blinds missing especially in the bedroom. 4, lighting was terrible, we used a bedroom lamp in dining room. 5, futon bed collapsed in the middle of the night, someone had tried to fix it...sort of it had been mentioned in earlier reviews. 6,mat had large dirty spots also mentioned in previous reviews. 7, TV had a mind of its own and would turn on in the middle of the night. 8,Air conditioner almost impossible to adjust. A little care and attention to your maintenance would have made it a first class property. It was not memorable for the right reasons.

Listing photos are not an accurate representation of the accommodations. There is extreme damage in and outside one of the bed and baths. The WiFi went out after the first day. Check-in was difficult. I reached out to property for a partial refund and they said thanks for sending pictures. I was extremely disappointed and my guests were uncomfortable

So poorly organized, rude staff, no service, disorganized. Wrong room assignment, 30 emails. Emails through the night telling us to check out. Very unusual methods. Second bed was tiny, room was tiny. Don’t waste your money or time.

Un désastre!
Pire expérience! Tout d’abord essayez d’avoir les clés etait tout un defi! Le numero pour joindre les gens sont a moitié sur What’s app moitié un téléphone qui repond une fois sur deux. On doit attendre en arriere de l’édifice, si vous parlez francais oubliez le projet! La femme de menage est arrivée 30 minutes apres notre arrivée. Pas de débarbouillette, pas de papier de toilette!!! Douillette tachée de sang, ancienne serviette du locataire précédent souillé dans le garde-robe! Bain et lavabo sale! La vue est magnifique mais vous la verrez toute la nuit car il manque le 3/4 des languettes de store! PLUS JAMAIS! Nous avons dormi habillé car les draps n’ont pas été changés!

*IF YOU'RE CONSIDEING ANY OF THESE PROPERTIES, READ this REVIEW.* Check-in process needs work. There's no reason they need a copy of a passport or ID. I showed my ID when we checked in to verify my identity. Security deposit $300 provided. It's now 12 days since check-out and deposit has not been returned despite reaching out to them twice. The condo unit has a long list of things that are broken or dirty. I took photos when we arrived to have date/time stamp to document existing conditions prior to our arrival. These include damaged floorboards, broken mirror and non-functioning fridge/freezer. Added stresses I don't need when I'm travelling.

Read other people's poor experiences before staying here and prepared for the worst but I'm happy to say my stay went well. Check-in was a little confusing at first but once the person met us on sight and we received the key the rest of the experience went smoothly. Ideal location in the heart of Downtown, functional space, great balcony view of the city. Would enjoy staying here again.

NOT a hotel; this is a suite within a residential high-rise. Check-in is confusing and complicated and not explained until after the scheduled check-in time. The water in the building was shut off for an entire day without any advance warning and, from the evening before, there was no hot water. The bed was broken and it was only possible to sleep on one side. Any efforts to communicate with the property went unacknowledged. Do not stay here.

The Bay Suites is a total scam. I booked a suite and paid but when we arrived, they said it was not available. They tried to push me off at some other location halfway across the city instead. They were rude and unhelpful. They don’t speak English. The worst stereotype of Asian thugs you could come across online. DON’T DO IT!!
