Centrally located, and has 'historic' vibe but the unrenovated rooms are pretty meh. Slipper quality very poor for a '5 star' joint. Check-in process was also pretty slow and seemed understaffed. Convenient transportation options with free shuttle to YTZ and across the street from Union Station.

I loved my stay at fairmont, it was beautiful, the restaurant was excellent, the spa was super relaxing, getting my makeup done in the spa wasn't a completely good experience for me when the lady started brushing my eye ball with the makeup brush. The wall in the shower was a little slimy but over all was a good and comfortable stqy

The room was SO tired, must be the 90’s when last refurbed, the public areas are better as you’d expect. Not worth the money for the lumpy bed and ancient decor.
