Great location near Roger’s Centre. Getting out of parking lot was a little difficult because my rental car does not have a front license plate. Maybe there should be another option to exit parking lot?

Greeted by friendly and courteous staff upon arrival. Room was great with features such as automatic blinds, heated floors in bathroom and overall just perfect room. Will definitely come again.

The guy who checked me in was awesome - very friendly and welcoming (he was new). When i got to my room, the sink stopper was plugged and i had no way to unplug this so I told the front desk and he was very sorry and said he’d have the technician / engineer to come to fix it while i was out for dinner. However, the stopper was only lifted slightly which prevented the water from draining well. Not a big issue but the real issue was that for my entire stay (two nights), i had cold showers as the hot water in the morning was Luke warm … the next morning I mentioned this to the front desk (different person from the check in) and he said he’d advise their technician / engineering with no apologies / no symphathy. On the second night, I expected hot water in the morning but no luck and another cold shower. Every time i go to Toronto i have stayed at the Soho but the recent few stays the hotel is not the same as before. Very disappointing and i probably won’t stay there in the future.

The property is in a great location. It was actually very quiet at night too. My only complaints are these: the room wasnt very clean, i found sunflower seeds amd crumbs on the living room carpet, hair in sink, and the glasses, lamps and furniture were quite dusty. Also, the room service is over priced, dinner wasnt horrible and the food was good, but the breakfast was awful (fake eggs? No condiments, no toast or bread) and for that price should be agains the law. So its too bad, because it could be a great place to stay, but not sure if I'll be back.

Our stay was ok. The room was too warm and air did not properly circulate. We chose this property due to its good location. We had problems with the shower and the heating and air conditioning. We attempted to get it resolved and were somewhat successful, but the some of hotel employees did not offer much help. Would not stay here again when we return to Toronto.
