Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Tv did not work, contacting someone to fix it was difficult, hard to go through an answering service and was on hold for 12 minutes the second attempt, no one showed to fix it til afternoon of day 2.
Advertised free parking, which was rude if you were one of the five people to get there first. Only five parking spots.
Room was very nice, but the kitchenette only had one spoon and one fork and a really beat up fry pan.

I think the aesthetic of each room is really unique and fun. We stayed as a group of five in the "bye Felicia suite" and while the size was great for a group our size and it was easy to access with the self check in, I found the facilities lacking such as storage for clothes and seating. While it was perfect for a short stay, I would not recommend staying for longer. I would say that it is right on the tramline which is perfect for getting to and from the city. Overall I think it was a good accomodation, just with room for improvement.
We enjoyed the variety of spaces in the Andy suite. The amenities were somewhat lacking (1 x 3/4 of a roll of toilet paper for 6 people, one plate for 6 people)
We had a really great time, the amenities were excellent and clean. Stayed in the bye Felicia suite which had a kitchenette, beautiful shower and bathroom, 3 bedrooms with 5 beds in total and they were extremely comfortable beds.
Suite was nice and convenient for groups of people wanting their own room. Had a bit of a smoke smell in the room when we arrived. Some dish soap would have also been useful for the kitchenette.
The pictures are deceiving. Our room reeked of stale cigarettes and the air was thick with moisture. The carpet is disgusting. We chose this place because it had a small kitchen and when traveling with a toddler that comes in very handy. This place is not toddler friendly. There is no front desk so between the hours of 1-5am when the room next to us was throwing a loud party there is no one to help. My whole family didn’t sleep. There is also some sort of adult club attached to the building. We parked in the back of the building and had to pass drug addicts in an alcove on the way to the front. Also, no elevator so you’re stuck hauling your bags up the stairs. We never got our check in email and after calling and waiting for the manager to call back, he informed us Expedia didn’t share our email to give the check in info. Needless to say, we canceled our second night and found a Marriott to stay in which was clean, quiet, and smelled good.
The location by the water is beautiful and it's not severely lacking as a hotel room and facility, but not having hotel staff on site or baggage drop off is a nuisance. And if you're going to be going into Toronto it can be a long trip through slow traffic.
