Nice hotel
Nice hotel close to the airport as well as the Congress Centre where I had a conference. It was quiet, comfortable and the rooms are spacious.

No flexibility
I had problems checking in as there was a shut down with Scotiabank that night. There was nothing to do, and there was no flexibility from the hotel manager. I ended up having to ask a friend to put her credit card on my room so I could access it. I was at this hotel 2 weekends in a row. both weekends, out of 3 elevators, only two worked. This weekend, a second one broke down. When you have a full hotel, it is unacceptable. My room was clean. The tech staff is very nice.

Lots of mold in the shower, I'm assuming because there isn't bathroom ventilation, and the drain isn't in a good place. This hotel was insanely loud, the room doors from the hallway have a wide strip at the bottom so sound travels into the rooms, and the doors slam shut- so heard really loud doors slamming, and tons of hallway noise all night. Also you need to be a rewards member to get wifi.
