Lots of mold in the shower, I'm assuming because there isn't bathroom ventilation, and the drain isn't in a good place. This hotel was insanely loud, the room doors from the hallway have a wide strip at the bottom so sound travels into the rooms, and the doors slam shut- so heard really loud doors slamming, and tons of hallway noise all night. Also you need to be a rewards member to get wifi.

The staff were always pleasant and helpful. We needed scissors and housekeeping made a call and they were made available promptly. I brought my pug puppy and there was a special place on the property where i could take him with bags and garbage can easily accessible. Restaurants were only a 3 min drive away. Ill be staying here the next time i go to Toronto again.

Quite underwhelming for $300+ a night. The room was more like a 3 star hotel room that had seen better days. We will not book this hotel again.
