I didn’t like that there was no coffee options in the room. I like to have a coffee before heading down to breakfast. There were no Cups/glasses in the room. When I was ready for bed and about to take my pills, nothing to put water in. I had to go downstairs to get a cup to put water in. Not customer considerate.

Loved the staff, newly built property!
One of the most wonderful budget friendly place I have stayed in. The staff was super nice, better than all the other places I have stayed in for work. Definitely will visit here again! Forgot to mention the breakfast, so many options and good quality food. Plus they have coffee available for guests 24/7.

This was a very pleasant surprise. It is rated 2 stars but it was far better than many other places that we have stayed. The room and facilities are super clean, staff is vey friendly, and comes with free parking and breakfast. Highly recommend for a stop over in Toronto.

Quick overnight stay
We only stayed for one night (got in late, had to leave early), so didn't get to experience much except the room itself. But we were comfortable, and really liked the space overall.The only thing we were slightly disappointed with is that the hot water did not get very hot. So we just took very quick showers.

Nice looking hotel
Overall the hotel is very nice. Front desk said they would prepare a bagged breakfast since we had to leave very early, but didn’t provide it. Hence the lower score. Overall, nice looking hotel and friendly staff in front desk. The shuttle drive seemed irritable and wouldn’t always help.

Discriminatory Hotel
The hotel's general manager yelled at me in a vacant room in the presence of his staff because I requested a private and confidential discussion in an office. The hotel's general manager deactivated my card to lock me out of the room I paid for and then he kicked me and my service animal out of this location for having my service animal with me. The hotel's general manager refused to provide his name when I requested it, refused to refund me for the reservation even though he had cancelled it himself, and accused me of hiding a pet dog. He also attempted to charge me a pet fee for my service animal, but I had already locked my card through the mobile application. Discrimination based on disability is unlawful under the Ontario Human Rights Code. As a provider of goods and services, Tru by Hilton Toronto Airport West has a duty to accommodate me. Because my dog is a service animal, it is not appropriate to charge me a pet fee, as my animal supports me with my disability. Hotels.com requested a refund waiver from Tru by Hilton Toronto Airport West but the hotel denied the request twice.
