I was told where to park with the help of the front desk. Received a parking ticket of 200 dollars and the hotel offered no help or restitution. Would not recommend staying there

Great quiet stay!
It was a nice quiet hotel. The bedroom had a seperate room with a door to close which was nice. Could use a few upgrades like in the bathroom. The fan is on the same switch as the lights, but other than that, was a great stay and would stay again. Bonus was free parking as well.

Bed was more a double than a queen. The layout was a bit awkward with furniture being a little too big. Was very ok. not brand new but still well maintained a spacious. Exactly what I was looking for.

Nice little boutique hotel! Nice neighborhood, very friendly staff and close enough to subway, 15 minute walk, made it easy to go into downtown Toronto. Nice mall located near subway. Would highly recommend!

Great place
Hotel is a remodeled older hotel. Very nice and clean with big rooms. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Only negative was no elevator, but hotel is only 2 floored. It's only a negative if you have a lot of luggage but the staff helped me out with my luggage. Will stay again

For the cost of the room for one night, we expected more. No cable tv, only option was to login to our own netflix of prime accounts. Bathroom was dated and small and the fan was extremely loud. The room was clean and bed comfortable though.

When I'm in North York I stay at the Willowdale - it's clean, the staff are friendly and accommodating, and it's quiet. Unlike a lot of hotels, parking is at no charge and it's a walkable area.
