There are two pull out trundles under a bed in one room - these are BYO linen & towels, the home is made up for 8 guests.
Close to the beach and a pool at the back door, pure bliss!
Perfect for a family getaway, this house has everything you could possibility want and need plus more.
Please note: THIS IS STRICTLY NOT A PARTY HOUSE.

Please be aware that this house CANNOT be hired for parties...
No parties or functions of any kind
No loud music anytime
Ideally no backyard use after 10pm. You can obviously stay outside a bit longer if you read a book, have a quiet conversation with your partner. You get it. But no loud music or loud noise.
We respect our neighbors and would like the noise to be kept to a minimum.
Families and older couples preferred
Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be realised 7 days after check-out.
Guests are required to be indoors by 10pm, in accordance with council noise guidelines. We have many permanent resident neighbours and we need to be respectful and keep the noise to a minimum.
That means:
No parties or functions of any kind
No loud music anytime
No pool use after 10pm. You can obviously stay outside a bit longer if you read a book, have a quiet conversation with your partner. You get it. But no loud music or loud chatting on the balcony, deck, or outside anywhere, it travels and the neighbours don't want to hear it!
