Family Beach Haven in Coastal Paradise

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in te heart of Torquay. This tucked away townhouse is an easy 15 minute walk to the beach, and it is also close to numerous family-friendly restaurants and bars.

Everything the Surf Coast has to offer is on the doorstep and this property is the perfect base to start exploring.

Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, where you’ll find everything you need to cook up a feast, including a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, kettle and toaster, plus other essentials such as pots, pans, crockery and utensils. Dine at the eight-seater table or head outside to the patio, where a BBQ and table setting provides a tranquil spot.

Three well-appointed bedrooms accommodate seven guests, with the first and second bedrooms featuring a queen-size bed and two king singles, while the third bedroom offers a triple bunk.

An ensuite bathroom is connected to the master bedroom, while the main bathroom has a shower and all the essentials – soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer.

Additional conveniences include Wi-Fi, heating and cooling, and parking for two cars on the premises in the drivway as well as free street parking 24/7.

Catering for kids is important to us and we provide a high chair, portable cot and toddler chair for your use, should you need them.

PETS Keep pets out of bedrooms and off furniture. Clean up after your animals before you check out. There is a pooper scooper for your convenience. Use the general waste bin for disposal.

BBQ Enjoy the barbecue. We always aim to have it full but if you run out of gas you can exchange the bottle at service stations. Clean the barbecue after use and before checkout otherwise a $50 cleaning fee will apply.

VISITORS No visitors permitted unless by prior arrangement.

BINS If you are a longer-stay guest, please put bins out Wednesday.

Great location - hidden gem
We had a great short stay with the family. House was tucked away and private but in a great location easy walking distance to surf shop outlets and cafe, brewery. The house was modern, clean and had everything we needed, including a great selection of DVDs and streaming channels on the loungroom TV, plus some games/toys for the little ones. Added bonus was that it was pet friendly and the property manager was super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!
