This detached coastal property is in a fabulous location with 360-degree views over Torbay from both the house and terraced gardens. Finished to a very high standard, this beautiful holiday home has a delightful conservatory and an exquisite outside space to enjoy while cooking dinner on the BBQ.
Located in Torquay's exclusive Livermead residential area, this property has the bonus of having one bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. Head into the living area where there is plenty of seating for all guests and has a modern feel, a TV with Freeview, a DVD player, extensive views and the door to the conservatory. The conservatory is a fabulous furnished space with extensive views over Torbay. The kitchen/dining room is fitted with a range of appliances and has large bi-fold doors opening to an upper furnished terrace. There’s an island to socialise around and keep the chef happy, as well as a dining table and chairs and a door to the conservatory with further access to the upper terrace. The ground-floor bathroom can be found nearby. The welcoming bedrooms comprise an en-suite king-size and a single which both haven’t incredible views. There’s also another en-suite king-size and a zip-and-link twin which can be made up as a double upon request. Outside, there’s an upper terrace with garden furniture, stairs to a large lower terrace and steps down to a garden and lawn with another large furnished decked area – all with amazing sea views. This is the perfect choice if you're looking for a larger property, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy spectacular views, with amenities close at hand.
If you can tear yourself away from the delights of the property, there's plenty to explore with Brixham (7.5 miles), Paignton (2.5 miles) and Torquay (1 mile) all on the doorstep. Part of the glorious UNESCO-accredited English Riviera Global Geopark, Torquay has plenty to keep you occupied. Hire a stand-up paddleboard by Torre Abbey Sands (less than 0.5 miles) or go on a boat trip to discover more of the unique coastline. Away from the water, there are the underground caves at Kents Cavern (1.5 miles), and the 800-year-old Torre Abbey (just over 0.5 miles). Alternatively, inland and explore the rugged Dartmoor National Park (14 miles) with its rivers and tors.
