Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to the Bell Street shops & restaurants, you will love the location. After a morning at the beach enjoy a large private backyard (freshly landscaped) and an outdoor entertaining area topped off with an outdoor shower. Newly renovated, with all mod cons, our 4 bedroom house is perfect for your next family getaway!
This home has been freshly renovated, expect modern fixtures and fittings and a fresh coastal vibe. The garden is spacious and perfect for kids to run around in, you'll love the spacious back deck to unwind on too. Perfectly located for the Torquay Pub (3 minute walk away) shops, restaurants, coffee and most importantly - the beach!

3 x queen rooms
1 x twin single room (2 single beds)
1 x family bathroom
1 x en suite
Open plan living/dining/kitchen, the open fire is BYO wood.
