Design of the place was very spread out and staff could have been more helpful at check-in to show us our room instead of just giving out a map. More food options would have been good instead of pizza’s. Three o’clock check-in is very late. Staff were still getting our room ready after 3:00 which was very inconvenient.

Upon arrival, I was allocated an incorrect room. The room was in unacceptable condition, with a strong unpleasant odour and visible dust throughout, indicating it had not been properly cleaned. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this accommodation to others.

Room only. Front desk staff were very helpful, friendly when we checked in early evening. The ‘deluxe king’ room we were given was on bottom floor of old, dated building. And the room looked like a small conference room converted to a very modest motel (not hotel) room; or a former utility storage room converted to a motel room. No carpeting anywhere, oversized storage closets, bathroom sink did not drain well. Floor separation between sleeping area and bathroom had a floor divider that was easy to trip over. I would have asked for a different room after arriving there, but we had traveled long and were ready to just enjoy rest. Would never stay there again and don’t recommend.

Only concern was it seemed a shared A/C meant compressor noise when neighbour had it on overnight. Every few minutes. Difficult to sleep Also tv came on with sound and no picture for about 30 sec both mornings about 7 am!!!! Then switched off without my action. Otherwise fantastic end to our road trip along GOR
