Lovely hotel. Recently refurbished. Can see this in the reception and ground floor. But rooms not as much. Good for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast/brunch was a great idea and food was very nice. Shame they didnt have usb points in the rooms.

We are only there one night and we had to check out before the buffet breakfast. The street was noisy during the night and we could not just put the fan on or put on the air conditioning so it was very warm in the room.

Nice hotel, a little out the way but not an issue for ourselves. The lifts were probably the only negative and they just need upgrading, you could be waiting 10 mins easy. Overall the place was clean and tidy although there were areas still being renovated. Brunch was great, I thought it looked like a good idea and it was. Less morning rush, more consistent choices as they aren't stopping to start for lunch, I wish more places done that.
