The hotel is great, the only problem was the check in, the person that checked me in was rude.

Very old fashioned decor. Elevators are a HEADACHE! The size of hotel requires more elevators. Had to wait 15 min every single time to get an elevator down.

I requested a Premium room with a king bed and they punt in a supposedly Premium but with 2 queen bed, and the bed sheet were stained, looks like they never washed the sheets, disgusting

It is a nice hotel but Old… the hallways and rooms smells moldy and humid. AC doesn’t really work and every time I took a shower the tub did not drain properly. The only positive thing about this hotel is their restaurant they have an amazing breakfast/lunch buffet. I will not stay here again but I would only come for the food.

I love there staff! They were always heblpful,friendly and on point on every aspect. The property was super clean and safe accessible to restaurant pool and gym till late at night very convenient for night owl like me. This will be my to stay place from now on.
