This small apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a high-rise building, only 200 meters from the beach. The balcony is ideal for a glass of wine in the evening with a great view and you can even catch a glimpse of the sea. The apartment is well suited for a small family with 2 adults and a child. The beautiful, wide sandy beach is just a few minutes walk away and bars and restaurants are also not far. On Wednesdays you can stroll through the weekly market, which is a real highlight in the area. Very close to the apartment you can easily take the bus to Torrevieja and the surrounding area.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Up to one pet is allowed.

Enjoyable winter stay, great location, good value
The apartment is in La Mata, a suburb of Torrevieja north of the city along the coast The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with sea views (about 200m away). There is a balcony which gets the sun all morning till mid-afternoon; a nice spot to relax. It sleeps 3 - one bedroom with double bed, and sofabed in the living room. Some of the fixtures and fittings are looking a bit tired and would benefit from refurbishment/replacement; and, it has its quirks - the washing machine is in the bathroom and the bathroom light has to be switched on if you're using the washing machine; and, the gas cooker works from outside the oven, and doesn't have temperature markings. But, there's everything you're likely to need. It is good value; note, there's an extra charge for cleaning, and heating/lighting. There was excellent communication from the key holder, Marina, before arriving to arrange key handover, and during the stay with any follow-up queries. The apartment is in a good location: there are bars, restaurants and a couple of small supermarkets in the immediate area; La Mata centre is a few minutes walk away, with lots of shops, cafés, restaurants, a lovely bakery, post office, tourist information, bike hire etc; or, Torrevieja centre is easily accessible by bus. There is a street market right outside every Wednesday, selling foodstuffs, clothing and electricals. It's nice to explore on foot, along the waterfront, to Molino de Agua Park (park/nature reserve); Parc Natural de Las Lagunas is just across the dual carriageway at the rear (visible from the rear balcony), a spectacular nature reserve with salt lagoon and lots of birdlife. Further afield, recommended day trips are: Alicante, by bus direct from Torrevieja bus station, or bus stop on the dual carriageway; Orihuela, by bus direct; and Murcia, by bus and train. I stayed in the apartment for six weeks, January to mid- February, and enjoyed it, and would stay again.

appartement à ne surtout pas louer
photos mensongères sur internet; avions loué pour un mois et partis au bout de 15 jours : porte-fenêtre fermée avec un jour de 1cm donc courants d'air en février = froid, pas de volets, rideaux sales et transparents ; plus de décodeur tv et radio alors qu'indiqué ; électricité en très très mauvais état ; dans cuisine : hotte non raccordée pas fonctionnelle, fuite d'eau sous évier donc boite a vider régulièrement, robinetterie non fixée, plan de travail bon à changer ainsi que le frigo-congélateur ; salle de bains: interrupteur pour allumer l'armoire de toilette, deux lampes seulement pour l'éclairage, dedans sur la prise est branché un sabot pour le sèche-cheveux et la machine à laver (ne pas éteindre l'éclairage pendant le programme sinon ne fonctionne plus) placée à côté de la baignoire sans protection et de rideau de douche, douche pas possible fuite d'eau entre la faience et la baignoire émaillée = joint à refaire ; entrée: porte en fer de protection sans clé, seconde porte en bois une clé sur deux ; cet appartement est "horrible" selon les personnes à qui nous avons présenté l'appartement ; après réclamations et photos à l'appui, novasol a noté seulement le siphon sous évier à changer et nous propose en compensation 10% de la location que nous 'avons toujours pas reçu, bon courage aux futurs vacanciers, jacky et monique
