Private unit in a three unit 1900 era home entirely renovated and meticulously cleaned with non toxic cleaning supplies. Space has one full bed. Living room provides a couch and chairs. Kitchen features all new cabinets, sink efficiency refrigerator well as a cooktop and air fryer toaster. Bathroom was recently modernized and provides a shower with tub. Long term stays welcome or stay over night. 10 min to Litchfield.
This stay resembles tiny house living just enough of everything you need in a small space. This 1900's home / unit was recently renovated by the artist / owner to resemble a modern rustic charm with a bohemian touch. The bed was hand crafted using rare / extinct American Chestnut. Bathroom vanity was also handmade. This unique place has a style all its own in that the ceilings are triangular just make sure to watch your head. Enjoy the morning sun and the view from this plush living space.
3rd floor access at top of staircase in second floor

If you are over 6 feet tall this space may not be for you - low attic style ceilings.

Perfect, Cozy Place to Stay
The check-in process was easy and all instructions were clear. Jonathan, the owner, was very responsive and easy to get a hold of if I had any questions. The place was cute, clean, and perfect for what I needed (a place to stay during my medical school rotation). As the review says, it is not ideal for taller guests as the roof slopes down in certain areas, but I found the place cozy.

Great experience
Host was amazing at communicating, getting instruction to me, accuracy of instructions checking in with me during the stay. The unit is thoughtfully laid out given it was a third floor attic, amd now has a kitchenette and beautiful large bathroom. Both sit between the sitting room and bedroom. Highly recommend.

Mostly as described, but not for me!
Property was clean and well-cared for. Check-in was easy and went well. Steep stairs to get to unit were a challenge for this "old" man. Might be fine for the young or "young-at-heart". If you want to have coffee, bring your own as only available coffeemaker was a French Press. AC unit in living room area not sufficient to cool bedroom area, even on high with available standing fan.
