Holiday Home "Can Salva charm on the Costa Brava" with Large Terrace & Wi-Fi

The home is located in Torroella de Fluvia near the lovely Costa Brava. The first construction is centuries old, when it was used as a tavern. During the 20th century it suffered a lot of extensions and served as a shop, a bakery, a bar, a cinema and dancing club, an olive oil mill and a cellar. The family bought it in 1974 and in 2003 started turning it into a rural guesthouse. The 250m² holiday home consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, 6 bedrooms as well as 6 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 15 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, washing machine, a television, a baby bed and a highchair.
The private outdoor area boasts a large and sunny terrace with seating furniture and a stone barbecue for guests to cook delicious meals.
A supermarket and bus stops and a bar are only 50-150m from the property. In Sant Pere Pescador, 4.5km or a 5-minute drive away, you will find many restaurants, cafés and shops. The nearest beach, Platja de Sant Pere Pescador, is a 15-minute drive or 8km away. Girona Airport is a 40-minute drive or 50km from the home.
