Nice apartment well it situated in a quiet area a few meters from the beach. You get to the promenade and the beach of L'Estartit in 3 minutes walk where you can enjoy fantastic views of the Medes Islands. And if you keep walking you get to the center of L'Estartit in 10 minutes. Behind the apartment is the Natural Reserve of the River Ter Vell, a park with outstanding natural beauty for its variety of flora and fauna, where you can walk or bike around.

The apartment is part of a private apartment complex. Up to 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms: two with double beds and the third a bunk bed. The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a nice warm room with access to a terrace overlooking the communal pool and the sea on the horizon. The other areas of the apartment have beautiful views of the historic castle of Montgrí. Orientation east towards the sea, makes it bright and can enjoy the sun all day.

It is an apartment where all the spaces are very well maintained. The apartment is furnished and decorated to be cozy, comfortable and breathe the atmosphere of the sea. The common area has a pool and a well-tended garden space. It also offers a place for bikes safely and another space for hanging clothes. No parking, but this area is easy parking.

Een net appartement alleen een erg klein balkon en het misschien beter een 1 of 2 persoons bed i.p.v. van een stapel bed . Verder alles wat je nodig hebt en lekker dicht bij het strand en L e’startit

Don't mess with Aina!
Dies ist das erste und vermutlich auch letzt Mal, dass wir nicht über eine Agentur gegangen sind. Der Check-In hat nicht funktioniert, weil Aina mir eine falsche Mobilenummer angegeben hat. So standen wir 1.5h lang bei 34C vor dem verschlossenen Tor. Habe 14.45EUR für Internet und Anrufe ausgegeben, bis ich von fewodirekt die richtige Nummer erhalten habe. Die Wohnung ist sehr klein, sehr nett eingerichtet, die Bilder stimmen soweit, Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, trotz 150 EUR / Tag (Küche, Waschmaschine, Sofa). Wir waren mit vier Kindern dort, aber ok. Kinderzimmer mit Hochbett hat kein Fenster nach Aussen, nur eines in den Gang, Lüften nicht möglich. Doppelzimmer sind ok. Küche sehr klein / schmal, also so breit wie eine Waschmaschine, mit gutem Herd. Wohnzimmersofa: Decke drauf lassen und Flecken ignorieren. Klimaanlage vorhanden, Wasserablauf muss selbst geleert werden, da es nur ein kleiner Bottich ist, kein Ablauf vom Balkon. Kein CD-Player, kein DVD-Player, kein Radio, TV hat nur sechs spanische Kanäle, keine Kaffeemaschine, beim Toaster funktioniert der Auswurf nicht, Der Kühlschrank vereist, Waschmaschine ist sehr, sehr alt und verschimmelt. Die besagte Waschmaschine wollte sich nicht anstellen lassen, als wir waschen wollten. Mein Mann und ich konnten sie nicht zum Laufen kriegen und ich habe es Aina gemeldet. Sie hat daraufhin, statt selbst vorbeizukommen, sich entschuldigt dass es nicht geht und einen Handwerker geschickt, bei diesem ging die Waschmaschine prompt an. Leider haben wir während des Urlaubs ein (ein!) IKEA-Weinglas und eine Glasvase, welche auf dem Lavabo steht (sehr praktisch...) zerbrochen. Aina hat uns für diese zwei Artikel 45 EUR in Rechnung gestellt. Ich habe Einsprache erhoben, darauf gab sie zu, dass sie uns auch den Handwerker weiterverrechnet hat. Es gab viele WhatsApp Nachrichten hin und her, aber ihr scheint es egal zu sein. Zuerst hat sie mir angeboten, die Zahlung direkt auf ihr Konto vorzunehmen, was ich abgelehnt habe. Einen Tag später hat sie es vom Depot abgezogen. Ihre Begründung: Al revisar el apartamento después del check out se encontró el jarrón de cristal del baño roto y también faltaban copas vino. Él mismo reconoció después de preguntarle que lo había roto limpiando, sin embargo no ha querido asumir su coste. Ich werde nun nochmals Beschwerde einlegen und wieder meine Telefonkosten zurückverlangen. Einfach eine Frechheit. So gesehen, bei Aina nie wieder, aber l'Estartit war schön.
