The villa, recently built (year 2022), can accommodate up to 5 people. Furnished with taste and quality, it has two bedrooms, a bathroom, dining room with classic kitchen and sofa, a veranda on three sides of the windows and a small garden with outdoor shower.

The kitchen is equipped with all comforts, electric oven, dishwasher, induction stove.

The sleeping area is accessible by stairs, available you will have a double bedroom and a bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed. Due to its layout the villa is ideal for families.

Its location allows you to reach the beach of Porto Frailis on foot in about 10 minutes.

Parking is free, not covered, outside the structure. Inside you can park your motorbikes.
