"The food at the restaurant is not that great and costly. The onsen ( outdoor and indoor) and large swimming pool are great and beautiful. Thanks to the very nice Japanese lady that speak english with an Australian accent, she was very helpful - too bad she is only working in the restaurant and not at the front desk! If you plays a game of pool, the manager will rudely stop your game if your game is lasting a little more than the money and time you paid (2,000 yen per hour). Very rude, unprofessional and cheap. The lounge/ bar listed under Expedia for this hotel doesn’t exist! Ocean and forest views are amazing. A local bus is located in front of the hotel. "
