Quiet holiday home with 4 bedrooms near the beach. With 2 parking spaces in the yard.

The house is newly renovated. Behind the house is a nice garden, the inviting you to read and relax. Sun loungers are provided and there for shade is provided. For barbecues you are welcome to use our fireplace under the pergola. The garden is fully shielded and not visible from either side. In the shed there are beach utensils and tools. We create an ambience worth, so we have a lot of place to stay. So you can take your Petit Déjeuner under the pergola, verandah, on shaded cocktail table or in the conservatory. The front yard offers enough space for 2 cars and is secured by a lockable iron gate.

The Fereinhaus is divided symmetrically. There is ever a bedroom, a living room and a bathroom on both sides. The bedrooms are each equipped with a queen size bed and a 3 or 4-piece wardrobe.
The one living room is furnished with a pull-out sofa bed and dining table. Guests will also find a TV with satellite channels and a sideboard with reading and games. The other living room is equipped with a bunk bed, a sitting area and a 2-piece wardrobe. The doppelflüglichen patio doors leading to the courtyard.
The rooms are quite cool in the summer, because they are 3,40 m high and the outer walls 40 cm thick.

Our dream house has two identical and modern bathrooms decorated in pink and blue. Both bathrooms have a shower.

The kitchen we have recently renovated. It offers plenty of space and has everything you need for a Mediterranean meal: a modern ceramic hob and oven, extractor fan, a large fridge with freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle, simple coffee maker, two sinks in ceramics as well as all kinds of cooking utensils. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery. From the kitchen you go through a small winter garden on the covered porch, inviting you for cozy evenings.

Sehr schöne Ferien in Ayguade
Älteres aber gut eingerichtetes Haus mit zwei Wohneinheiten mit je zwei Zimmern und WC/Dusche und - mit gemeinsamer Küche, Terrasse und Pergola. Ideales Haus für 2 Parteien. Sehr gut gelegen: Strand, Läden und Restaurants sind in 5 Min. erreichbar.

Sehr schönes Haus, aber in die Jahre gekommen
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in bester Lage. Gute, kurze Anbindung an Strand, Supermarkt und Dorfplatz. Leider ist die Ausstattung des Hauses sehr stark in die Jahre gekommen. Die dicken Gardinen sind für Allergiker sehr ungeeignet. An den meisten Fenstern fehlt ein Mückenschutz.

Erholsamer Familienurlaub
Das liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Quartierstrasse nur 5 Gehminuten vom Sandstrand entfernt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit unserer Familie sehr genossen. Die Kinder schätzten die Nähe zum Meer sehr, sowie der ausgebaute Radweg entlang der Küstenstrasse. Unser Auto konnten wir direkt vor dem Haus parkieren. Hinter dem Haus lädt ein gemütlicher Gartensitzplatz zum spielen und entspannen ein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Haus ist mit zwei Badezimmer ausgestattet, so dass es nie zu Engpässen beim Duschen kam. Beim Dorfplatz gibt es zweimal in der Woche einen Markt und abends oft lokale Veranstaltungen. Die frisch gebackenen Baquettes, die guten Restaurants und die ausgezeichneten Eistheken liessen uns den Flair der Cote d'Azure in vollen Zügen geniessen. Wir werden bestimmt wieder hierher kommen.

Schönes und praktisches Haus mit vielen Plätzchen zum Ruhen. Nahe zum breiten u ruhigen Strand.
Praktische Innenaufteilung mit zwei getrennte Wohneinheiten je mit eigenem Badezimmer. Viel Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfe sowie Gläser und Gewürze. Mit den beiden Höfen, vor und hinter dem Haus, kann man der Sonne jeweils ausweichen. Man hat 2 Strandmöglichkeiten. Einen Babystrand und einen Erwachsenen Strand für sport. Beide nur 3 Minuten vom Haus.

Ein sehr praktisches Haus mit 4 Zimmern und 2 Badezimmern je eine Wohneinheit für Eltern und Kinder.
Ein sauberes komplett eingerichtetes Haus mit einen blumenreichen Garten und einem Zitronenbaum voller Früchte zum Benutzen. Die innere Aufteilung des Hauses sehr ideal für eine Familie mit Kindern. Die Eltern mit 2 Zimmern und einem Badezimmer auf der einen Seite und die Kinder mit gleich grossen Zimmern und Bad auf der anderen Seite. Dazwischen die grosse Küche. Es gibt viele Tische mit Stühlen an den verschiedenen Stellen im und ums Haus zum Essen oder Lesen. z.B. Küche, Wintergarten, Terrasse, Pergola, vor oder hinterm Haus je nach Sonnenstand. Auch die beiden getrennten Hofteile vor und hinter dem Haus sind praktisch zum Spielen und Sonnbaden. Auto kann im abschliessbaren Hof gestellt werden. Der Weg zum schönen Sandstrand ist nur 3 Minuten. Uns hat es gut gefallen wir kommen wieder.
