What I like about this hotel: 1). Staff members are super nice and kind. 2). It is very close to the train station and walking distance to attractions in Toulouse. 3). The room is nice size and clean What I don’t like about this hotel: noise. I was given a room facing the street the first night I was there. It was so noisy with people yelling all night long until 5:30am. I couldn’t sleep that night because the noise was so loud. I asked the hotel to give me a room on other side with no street. Then it was very quiet and I could sleep through the night. The area around it is ok, a little dirty. But inside the hotel I felt safe.

Disappointing - not value for $
We stayed 2 nights at Raymond and it was advertised as an arty hotel so we paid more than usual to stay there ($225 aust per night). We were very disappointed. On the good side the bed was comfortable and front desk staff helpful however the hotel is old and in need of some renovation. Our bathroom was small - no door on shower and no extraction fan so floor is wet and room fogs up. There is a kettle but the only cups are tiny paper cups- no point! And then our room door handle fell off! I have photos of these but the ap isn't uploading photos.
