Easy safe parking and helpful staff. Spa access. Kitchen area good with kettle, micro and toaster. Lovely wee table with big mugs. Comfy bed and big TV with facility to watch programs in English via audio search on remove. Expedia and both Hotels.com advise room with bathtub and shower but there only one available which was a slight disappointment but access to spa made up for this. Staff only there certain hours. Need both spas on as busy and quite small. Lovely hotel though a wee bit out the way need a car.

Late arrival, handled quite well. I was very tired and wanted to stay another night but it was fully booked. AC didn’t work but open window solved that. I was rushed out of the office as I enjoyed a cup of coffee so the could close the office (?) for the afternoon.

Very helpful staff.
One if the best hotel appartment in this price range, staff is very helpful they even let me check in early by few hours as our flight reached in the morning. Mixing industrial area you would need car to go nearest meal or shop.

Easy hotel for a cheap and quiet stop over
A simple "you get what you pay for" hotel, in a semi-industrial area near the airport of Toulouse. I booked this place over anywhere else for my short stop over whilst driving further north partly as it had a sauna, but this appeared to be more of a gimmick than an actually useful facility: it was already closed when I arrived at 8.15pm, and when I used it the next morning, the door was broken so was hard to even get it to a proper sauna temperature. The "indoor pools" were simply two luke-warm spa pools for reference too. But yes, not a bad hotel for a quick stop over for the the price (i paid 48euro for a single room), but it won't blow you away either

Good hotel close to the city center
Close to the aeroport and the city center with bus and subway. Sauna, hamman and fitness very appreciated. Very welcoming and smiling.

Please avoid....
This place was horrible. Smelly, unclean, and zero services. There is a small un-stocked kitchen where you must do your own dishes or face a 23 euro/hr cleaning fee.... All the dishes were dirty to begin with .... Sweet receptionist, but that was it !!

Not for Airport Transit Hotel.
We thinking stay in hotel near the airport, but this one totally the other side of the airport. is not convenience. no shuttle. when we arrive after 8PM, reception close, no food near by. even we can not get water from the vending machine as it was empty. The room looks different from on the web. We need to spend for Taxi go to hotel and out from hotel. Very not convenient for some one who transit for the airport.

Appalling situation
We were dropped off by taxi and found the hotel was shut from 12-3 and then realised that we were totally stranded in the middle of an industrial area for 3 hours. We understood from Expedia that this was close to the airport but the taxi fare was 28 euros, so not that close! Looking at the building it was pretty grim with filthy windows etc. so we cut our losses and managed to catch a bus to the closest Metro and then stayed in another hotel. I really should receive a refund for this. I will never trust Expedia again.

This large hotel closes between 1200 and 1500, leaving new visitors who do not know about this out in the rain. The bedroom was poorly furnished, the bathroom sparse and breakfast primitive with key items such as orange juice empty by 0800. We checked out after the first night, but with no refund for the pre-booked second day.

There was no food available, the internet was a hassle and took an hour to get on, we were told the laundry machines were gratis and the cost €5 each. There was no desk support after 2000hrs, it was listed as a 4 star and we paid $126+ for the room! This was not a 4 star!
