Good except for as a foreign traveller, my phone sim would not connect, despite being on a EU travel plan with promised minutes! But this hotel won’t allow you to use or even pay to use their hotel phone, which as a single travelling mum, made things a lot more difficult.

Perfect every time
I have now stayed at this hotel 8 times. Can’t beat it. Can’t say I love the industrial feel to some decor but that’s not important. Speedy efficient check in after short walk from airport. Room is spacious, bed very comfortable, large shower is excellent. The advantage of the small kitchen facilities in the room are a great benefit. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else at Toulouse airport. It’s always a perfect hotel experience.

Transport to airport bad on weekend, afterhours
Hotel not bad, a bit noisy ,as the windows are not proper sealed, and was windy all night and a bit noisy. The big down points will be for the transport from the hotel to airport- on the weekend is no free shuttle, and for a taxi u will pay 10e /person , that is for only a 5 min drive. So if you are 4 people you will pay 40 euro, that maybe will be ok if you have to drive 40min or more. Anyway hotel is not bad.

I had 3 pieces of luggage and am disabled. I don't use a wheelchair. Friends came with me and took my luggage to the entance of the hotel, a significant walk, maybe 30 yards or more? There are thick short cement posts that can drop down but that must be prearranged. I imagine that they are for security. I've never encountered that prior and am grateful that my friends were there to assist me.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport, and the room was quite spacious, almost like a one-bedroom apartment. The entrance of the hotel had a 24-hour lobby service. The room came with a fully equipped kitchen, including a small washing machine, which was a nice touch. However, despite the large size of the room, I was surprised to find that the bed was very narrow—around 140 or 150 cm wide. For better comfort, a king-size bed or at least a 160 cm wide bed would have been more appropriate. There was also a sofa bed in the living area, which was about 160 cm wide. Everything else was fine, but another issue was the parking. There was no direct, covered walkway from the parking lot to the hotel, so if it rains, you’re likely to get completely soaked on your way to the hotel. Moreover, there’s no drop-off point directly in front of the hotel entrance, so the car has to stop about 20 meters away. Again, if it’s raining, you and your luggage will get wet before reaching the entrance. Overall, it was an acceptable stay, but these issues were quite surprising.

Nice hotel, close to airport with free airport shuttle service which is why I booked it. It is a strange location, very industrial with no food/drink options. There is a huge mall an easy 10 min walk away, that has many food options. The mall also has a LeClerc supermarket that has an amazing wine/champagne section! Great place to find a bottle to pack in your checked luggage at very good prices! The rooms are modern, clean and quiet, but I found the bed and pillows uncomfortable.

Very close to the airport which is good. But Nothing around. You need a mobile number to get the shuttle (no WhatsApp). I booked the wrong date (time zones). They wd mot accommodate my imperfection. Receptionist was nice though. But at the end it did not work out. Facility is clean but will look elsewhere next time.

Check out is at 12pm. I got back to my room at 11 am without checking out and my room had been cleaned and my stuff was missing. The cleaner watched me leave and still went into my room. I asked the cleaner where my stuff was and she was saying she didn't know even though she just left my room. After 5 mins of persistent asking, she pulled my AirPods earphones and iphone charger out from her pocket. The Airpod case was fiddled with. My hairbush was still missing. After complaining and waiting at reception she finally returned my hairbrush. I do not appreciate people going into my room and stealing my belongings. They should hand items in to reception or at least wait until i’ve handed my key in! Will definitely not be staying here again. Reception were saying its nothing to do with the hotel because the cleaner is from an external company. Not on!

We stayed at this hotel twice. The first time for 3nights. I forgot my hat in the room. I called when we were at the airport, but maid said they did not find it. I even said where I left it. It is a very nice hat and expensive one. If you forget something in this hotel you will never get it back. The second time we stayed only for overnight, our room had only one towel, toilet paper holder is broken, the room was not completely prepared. We checked in late at night because our flight was delayed. We went to the front desk to request towels and report the broken toilet paper holder, but the guy on duty told us to wait 15minutes because he was finishing something important that is due before midnight. So we waited 15 minutes before midnight just to get our towels and report the broken tissue paper holder. A couple of good things in this place is the service shuttle to from the airport. It is free and reliable. Second, the breakfast was good. If you are staying overnight only then this place is okay.

The property advertised free shuttle, but it was not available for the weekend.The room was clean ,but the ceiling and one wall had water damage. Besides hand soap, nothing else complementary.Even though the location is a 5 min drive away from the airport, taxi/ Uber very expensive , be aware if yo arrive on weekend.
