Parking is super weird. It’s down a bit from the hotel so walking alone, in the dark, isn’t fun. The gate info should also be shared in advance of arrival so parking would be easier.

Very close to the airport which is good. But Nothing around. You need a mobile number to get the shuttle (no WhatsApp). I booked the wrong date (time zones). They wd mot accommodate my imperfection. Receptionist was nice though. But at the end it did not work out. Facility is clean but will look elsewhere next time.

Check out is at 12pm. I got back to my room at 11 am without checking out and my room had been cleaned and my stuff was missing. The cleaner watched me leave and still went into my room. I asked the cleaner where my stuff was and she was saying she didn't know even though she just left my room. After 5 mins of persistent asking, she pulled my AirPods earphones and iphone charger out from her pocket. The Airpod case was fiddled with. My hairbush was still missing. After complaining and waiting at reception she finally returned my hairbrush. I do not appreciate people going into my room and stealing my belongings. They should hand items in to reception or at least wait until i’ve handed my key in! Will definitely not be staying here again. Reception were saying its nothing to do with the hotel because the cleaner is from an external company. Not on!

We stayed at this hotel twice. The first time for 3nights. I forgot my hat in the room. I called when we were at the airport, but maid said they did not find it. I even said where I left it. It is a very nice hat and expensive one. If you forget something in this hotel you will never get it back. The second time we stayed only for overnight, our room had only one towel, toilet paper holder is broken, the room was not completely prepared. We checked in late at night because our flight was delayed. We went to the front desk to request towels and report the broken toilet paper holder, but the guy on duty told us to wait 15minutes because he was finishing something important that is due before midnight. So we waited 15 minutes before midnight just to get our towels and report the broken tissue paper holder. A couple of good things in this place is the service shuttle to from the airport. It is free and reliable. Second, the breakfast was good. If you are staying overnight only then this place is okay.

Nice room and friendly staff. Also close to the airport. Just the shower was missing a sliding door and the smell from the sink near the entrance. Otherwise the room and bathroom were large and comfortable.

The property advertised free shuttle, but it was not available for the weekend.The room was clean ,but the ceiling and one wall had water damage. Besides hand soap, nothing else complementary.Even though the location is a 5 min drive away from the airport, taxi/ Uber very expensive , be aware if yo arrive on weekend.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The lady who checked us in seemed so annoyed when we asked questions. The next day there was another lady, my husband left our new umbrella on the counter. So the receptionist looked at the camera and said that the receptionist in the morning put it away and cannot remember where she put it. But said that she will bring it in the morning? So did she take it home? Anyways we told them our flight is early in the morning so we’ll be gone by the time she’s going to bring it to work. We were so confused because they said she could not find it but will bring it to work in the morning. So we called the receptionist at night and they told me they cannot find it. They have the camera that proves the receptionist took it so where did she put it? Apparently not in the lost and found. I know it’s only an umbrella but it’s just frustrating that you can’t trust a place for just an umbrella

The rooms are clean and comfortable, but tue access to tye hotel is inconvenient. You have to go through abandoned buildings through a driveway yo enter the hotel. The parking lot is not in the property and the access to it is complicated. The staff in the front desk does not speak English which is very inconvenient in an airport hotel.

I arrived late and the taxi driver dropped me off at this ally way that was quite a way from the hotel lobby, especially when you have luggage. I assumed it was down that way because of the sign. I felt unsafe because it was very dark and not lit up. As well, there could have been signage indicating where the hotel was as I just assumed it was down that way. If I missed the sign, it was because it was very dark.
