For the money (which was very reasonable), this was a very pleasant stay. The people in Toulouse city in general are extremely courteous and polite.

BEWARE
This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. PLEASE BEWARE! The room they gave me was not cleaned, stains everywhere, my son stepped on a dirty tissue, toliet was not flushed. There were rusty scissors just sitting on kitchen counter, it was horrible. Also, I had 6 luggages and they put me on the 4th floor which I thought was strange. The entire place did not smell right. I got a bottle of wine and they had no opener. I was suppose to be staying for 3 nights but I left after 2-3 hours once I was able to change my flights. They did not respond to any of my issues until about a week later and refused a refund and are telling me I stayed 2 full days. Now I am stuck disputing this with hotels.com ( who I use all the time and expected more help from) and with my credit card company now. This was so disappointing
The entrance to the hotel is a little bit hidden and it's not very obvious where to go when you've reached it. This might be a real challenge when you come in darkness. The inner courtyard could be more pleasant. It would definitely benefit from some flower beds or shrubs around. Also, I would be happy if there was any English channel available on the TV in the room.

Awful
Receptionist was rude, we were asked to leave and didn't get money back, receptionist wouldn't let us in room to pack, she packed our stuff and my earrings are missing and some clothes, we were there 1 hour and had to leave, still waiting for refund as we didn't even stay but charged for 3 nights

Customer service is great. The property is close to bus stop and the supermarket is next door. Staffs are friendly and thw manager is a great guy. He help us most of the time to what to do around the coty.
The location was quite hard to find and a longer walk into town than I had expected however there was a bar restaurant a few minutes walk down the road. Room was very good with a cplimentary bottle of water, a fridge and kitchenette
Hotel was a good walk from the nearest metro but safe parking for our car. The room is ok unless its hot and you need to open the window, then its very noisy from 6:30am due to aircraft flying in to land (about 200ft above on the flight path).
Also too noisy for us to sit around the pool.
Apart from this we would still stay here again.
The room was smaller than expected. No air con, though was given a fan to borrow at no extra cost. It had one large window overlooking the pool so it needed to remain closed due to the noise. Free parking space was good, as was the bath. Overall a good atmosphere.
no air conditioning ! outside temperature over 30C at night.
Cannot open window because of the proximity of the airport and airplanes flying right above it even at 1am.
Complicated access codes not working.
Simple check in took 15mins.
Worst hotel stay in many years.
I think the place is better suited for transient workers that holiday makers. It was clinical and limited. The staff were kind and pleasant, and there was just about enough parking.
Good hotel, staff and clean rooms! The breakfast was very complete !!

The Hotel was okay for a short stay
The Hotel is slightly off the beaten track. It was okay for me on a one night stop over but I wouldn't have wanted to stay for much longer.
I definitely would not recommend this to a female staying alone.
The staff on reception and the evening security guard were the only members of staff I had any contact with. All the staff were very nice and polite.
The hotel appeared to be clean, my room was clean but it did seem a little tired.
I didn't use any of the facilities so can't comment on the restaurant and the pool was closed at this time of year. (October).
A 10 minute walk to the tram was fine during the day but a little uncomfortable at night. There is an Aldi store next to the hotel which was handy if your trip is self catering.
