One manager desk lady whit binocular eyeglasses when we arrive don’t say nothing about the resort and when we leave not even ask how was the stay, the food in the buffet its ok, the another restaurant we have only 3 nights themed restaurants we had the right to go three times and we were in a group of 13 people, the food was much better than the buffet, the spa is also only available for those who want to have a massage and the gym has very poor equipment, there is a pool at the bar which It stinks of urine like another very clean pool, I'll give it 3 stars overall

Desrespeito aos animais.
Localização: Isolado, com acesso difícil e sem conveniências. Praia exclusiva, mas longe de comodidades. Viagem de 2 horas do aeroporto. Animais: Gatos de rua simpáticos, mas sem vacinas nem castração, pedem comida aos hóspedes. Funcionários tentam afastá-los, separando inclusive mãe e filhote na chuva, o que pode ter resultado na morte do filhote. Animais merecem tratamento como mascotes, com castração, vacinação e espaço para interação com os hóspedes. Estrutura: Novo, bonito e limpo. Quartos espaçosos, porém banheiro com pia única e saída do box inconveniente. Cama firme com opções de travesseiros. Duas piscinas boas com muitas cadeiras. Hotel grande e tranquilo na baixa temporada, mas agitado na alta. Quatro restaurantes: Massa Fina (italiano), Cervejaria Portuguesa, Potiguar (bar da piscina) e Inevitável (área VIP). Praia: Areia fofa, mas declive acentuado dificulta caminhadas. Mar de qualidade mediana, com águas turvas em junho devido às chuvas. Alimentação: Restaurante principal com buffet fraco e sem tempero. Bandejas pequenas podem ser problemáticas na alta temporada. Restaurantes à la carte oferecem experiências mistas: pizza saborosa no Massa Fina, bacalhau sem sabor na Cervejaria Portuguesa, pratos saborosos mas sem tempero no Inevitável. Lanche da tarde fraco e churrasco e salgados do bar da piscina ruins. Funcionários: Simpáticos e prestativos. Recreação: Recepção poderia oferecer quartos silenciosos (lago) ou animados (piscina).

Estabelecimento de excelente padrão, com boa manutenção, sem luxos, com atividades de lazer, piscinas e refeições diversificadas de bom padrão. Os restaurantes anexos podem melhorar. Há pouca divulgação interna.

resort muito bom com quarto grande , cafe da manha excelente e variados. varios tipos de cerveja , o que deixa a desejar sao a quantidade de abelhas ao redor das maquinas de refrigerantes e no bar da piscina. muitas delas penetram nos copos de bebidas, mas um resort excelente.

Espaço lindo mas serviço deixa a desejar
Ambientes do hotel excelentes, porém a comida deixa a deseja com poucas opções. Como fui em temporada, o hotel estavacheio, mas pelo seu tamanho comporta todos. O problema foram os serviços, que ao contrario do espaço,não atendeu a todos. Muita fila nas principais refeições, jantar no restaurante tematico demorou 1 hora para vim a entrada e mais 40 minutos para chegar o prato principal. Possui as melhorias opcoes de cerveja e choop, drinks, mas a demora para servir é alta pelo grande volume de pessoas. Mesma situação para pegar bebida no bar da piscinaDurante toda a estadia essas demoras foram constantes. Ficamos com a impressão que o hotel não está preparado para datas com alta demanda.

Resort muito bonito, grande, jardim muito bem cuidado, piscinas bem boas. A grande maioria dos funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos. Comida boa, grande variedade de cervejas (só faltou Corona). Gostaria que os ambientes fossem climatizados onde são feitas as refeições. Só há um restaurante climatizado (Rest. Inevitável ), que exige reserva , a qual nao conseguimos em nenhum dia de nossa estada no resort. Várias quadras esportivas (vôlei, tênis, beach tênis, futebol, basquete).

Esperava bem mais do resort: decepção com a qualidade da comida, com os serviços e com a programação. Paes com aspectos amanhecidos no café, variedade muito questionável no Buffet, em 4 dias as televisões ficaram sem sinal por 2 dias (nem canais abertos); no período noturno se vc não curtir a fraca programação musical do resort não terá o que fazer (apagam as luzes por volta das 18h e nenhuma piscina é liberada para uso), ou seja, para ser ruim precisa melhorar bastante.
