Comfortable bed & quiet location
The location of the hotel is in a not-so busy area of London, I believe it's considered the financial district. It was a quiet neighbourhood. Very walkable to tower bridge and some local restaurants. I loved the hotel because I could not hear my neighbours and slept well. I also like that the bed is firm. What I did not like was green light that is in every room. Even when you turn off all the lights, the green light remains on. Also the shower was a little difficult to figure out at first but I managed. Had really good hot water. I like that the room was equipped with a fridge, microwave, stove, oven and washing machine. No dryer though, which made me wonder how I was supposed to dry my clothes especially since there was no clothes rack or even a balcony. Hotel staff was very friendly. Shout to Nas (not sure of spelling), but he was the nicest staff member there. Always willing to help and apologized when things were not going my way. He is the reason I really enjoyed my stay. Another staff member told me she would bring an iron to my room but it never happened. She did mention that she was new so she probably got overwhelmed. Overall, I would stay here again now that I know how things work. Would give it a solid 8/10.

The property is externally modern, and even the apartment is very modern. However, the microwave did not work, and the room smelt of food, which wasn't great when we entered it. The amenities of the room are very modern, but the smell of food wasn't great.

I requested for a room in the wing that’s not facing the railway track after reading past review regarding the noise. And yet that’s exactly the room I got. A friend who checked in together managed to get a room in the other wing and had a restful stay throughout. When I contacted the front desk for a change, the attitude was quite rude and insincere.

Great place but checkout is too early
It's a great room and has great amenities however check out is at 10am and the housekeeping staff knocked on my door at 10:01 am and then again at 10:05. It was absolutely rediculous. They wouldn't stop bothering me even after I said I was about to pack up and leave.

I had a wonderful stay. I took advantage of the luggage storage before check in. The lobby and room I stayed in was remodeled as very clean. I saw they cleaning the halls multiple times on my 2 night stay. My room was well equipped with everything I needed. My two wishes would be that they had kept a couple laundry pods in The room and a fan for us hot sleepers. My room was next to the train tracks. With the window shut the noise was not an issue at all. But to open it while sleeping to get fresh air, it would wake me. If you are not a light sleeper, this wouldn’t bother you. I felt safe as a lone woman traveler in the area. There was a Tesco a block away for groceries. The hotel itself needed a card for entrance, plus there was always an employee at the front desk who helpful. I would definitely stay my next time in London.

Great location for Tower Bridge
Great location. Room big and had everything we needed for our stay. Only negative was female receptionists not very welcoming or friendly. I asked one of them where Tower Bridge was and she said it was over 1hr away but in reality was less than 10 min walk. Not allowed to check in prior to 3pm even if room was ready which is unusual. Wetherspoons and Tesco across the road

Room and location were good. The early check out time was a bit of a problem - I should have checked before booking. They also weren't going to let us check in but after about 10-15 minutes they did in the end. I hadn't read the instructions properly but if you book don't forget photo ID as I nearly ended up with nowhere to sleep!

Room was truly great and couldn’t have been better however wasn’t ready at the time stated which isn’t really appropriate. One of the receptionists didn’t really seem to understand that people would expect to check in at the designated time they state. She could work on her attitude!

Staff were polite and helpful , easy walk from Tower tube , nice big room , clean, 3pm Check in and 10 am check out is a bit short and be aware there is a railway line on one side of the hotel which you can hear from the room even with the windows closed , I used ear plugs and was ok . Id stay again but request a room on the other side .

Nice, large rooms that are simple yet sufficient. Can’t beat the price. Front desk staff generally helpful but one was strange and mildly aggressive for no reason. Good location and would recommend overall.
