Our ship never docked due to the hurricane and we had to cancel our room. We have tried to no avail to get our money back. This is not a good way to treat people that had to cancel due to no fault of their own.

It is terrible that because of something beyond our control you guys can’t do a one time refund. We were stuck on a boat in the middle of the sea with no way to get there. Not being able to refund our money is unexceptable.

We were stuck on a cruise ship and even though it was out of our hands still got charged a full amount. Corporations that have no compassion gor emergencies betond our control and worry only about yhe dollar is whats wrong with this country!!! Shame on u for taking 4 families monies with not a second thought!!

This property is hotel is great. They offer hot breakfast and variety of grab and go breakfast. It’s very clean. The staff is great. The room are nice. I would highly recommend. Just make sure you pay attention when booking because I booked and chose the wrong one in Tampa-Brandon and that hotel is the worst, so make sure it has the waters address.
