✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including kids’ tableware.
✹ PETS: We have a no-pet policy.
✹ COMMUNITY ACCESS: You will have free access to all the community amenities including the outdoor pool, which is available seasonally between May-August from 8 am to 10 pm, and the communal fire pit. Please note that firewood is not supplied for the fire pit.

✹ Limited starter supplies are provided for your convenience in the kitchen and bathrooms. Additionally, you’ll find a first aid kit, umbrellas, lanterns, cleaning supplies, and a small vacuum cleaner for your use.
✹ Please note that this is a residential community, filled with wonderful permanent residents. We respectfully ask you to observe our community-enforced rules to ensure everyone enjoys a fun, safe, and peaceful experience. These rules include:
1. No noxious, offensive, or unlawful activities
2. Parking or storage of trailers, campers, motorhomes, or boats is not permitted, including on the driveway. If you require trailer parking, please get in touch for an off-site alternative.
3. Any sports equipment or personal items, such as bicycles, kayaks, beach towels, etc, must be stored in or on vehicles, or out of sight e.g. in a storage closet, inside the unit, or on the rear patio.
4. Please observe quiet hours between 10 pm to 7 am. Loud music or behavior is strictly prohibited inside or outside the unit during these hours.
