Location was great but rooms are very small. Can only access the bed from one side as the room is not big enough to enable access from both sides. Very cramped room. Noise was also an issue.

The Beach House Motel is clean and very well presented. It's in a great location - lovely cafes and restaurants neaby, a short walk to Coles, and across from The Strand with lovely walking paths. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. I would make this our stay of choice when travelling to town for medical appointments etc.

Good position on The Strand. Older style building with only access to 1st floor by 2 flights of stairs. Nice that we got clean towels daily, bedding was ok but not super comfortable, I do suffer from back problems.

Absolutely amazing staff from check in to check out, lovely lady on desk when I called for early check in and when we arrived let us check in early as knew we had so much baggage and said we could use facilities until room was ready. , the guy later sorry can’t remember your name was awesome too, we had a problem with the microwave and air con and he was so helpful and asked us to change rooms , we had originally booked air bnb from 24th- 29th February that was disgusting after arriving in Australia after relocating from New Zealand , I was not prepared to stay there so had to book another motel for the two nights 24th- 26th and one night 26th-27th here until we picked our keys up for our new rental home. wish we had booked three nights as it was great. slightly older style property. Absolutely spotless and airconditioned. Staff were so very friendly and helpful. Even received a Chistmas gift from them. Walk out the front door and look at the lush green of the Strand and Magnetic Island. Convenient and lovely location. Would go back!

Lovely Motel!!
We loved this hotel, I only wish we had stayed longer. It was perfect for my son and I, the kitchen was more than adequate to cook simple meals at home, the TV is giant and has many options, the beds are new and comfortable, the AC is strong, it is so close to all the cafes, lovely walks in either direction. 100% would come back here!
