Excellent hotel. The facilities are immaculate - we will definitely stay here again. The only downside was the double bed. It was a bit small for 2 adults (but we were aware it was a double bed when booking). Other than that, we can’t fault this hotel. It’s in a central location with many dining options within walking distance. The staff were so friendly at all times as well. The extra bonus we loved was the inclusive breakfast at Levanti. Can’t fault any of it!

Beds are too hard and too small. I’m 6ft 1 and feet totally hanging off the end of the bed as if they’ve cut them down to fit in room. Was ignored when went to get breakfast at restaurant so walked out after 10pm a of waiting for someone to serve me. Nightmare to find. Have to park outside on street and you can find a park then walk down an alley to check in. Then they direct you to the lock up car park around the back. Very inconvenient after a long drive! Will avoid next time.

I had an amazing stay here! I’ve stayed in lots of gorgeous 5* hotels and this one is definitely up there. The staff couldn’t do more for you and the pool was always so quiet! Special shout out to Jasmin on reception who was so lovely and went above and beyond for anything asked of her. If I’m ever in the area again I will definitely be staying here! Thank you Belmoral :)

The room is clean and orderly, almost brand new. But there's NO LIFT. So it's difficult to climb up the stairs if you have a heavy luggage.
