The hotel room is large. Hotel needs renovation.
Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. When I asked for electric pot I got it fast. Bathroom is old and all fixtures need replacement. Shower is not strong enough.

Friendly and helpful staff,good hotel but needs updating,drinking in the hotel bar a little expensive(same price as londons west end),plenty of eating options within 10 minutes walk.

Adequate and convenient.
The hotel is an older facility but perfectly adequate in terms of the bed, room, and bathroom. Rooms are good-sized. The furnishings are showing their age. Staff very nice and helpful at arranging transportation. Compared to other places I stayed in Thailand, it seemed a bit over-priced given the condition of the facility.

The hotel is a little run down but it provides everything you need. The staff were helpful and cheerful. It was out of season so some activities were not available. I would stay there again and the price was very reasonable.

Close to the city. But need improve of cleanliness
Air-con didn't work properly. It is very hot even the technician came to fix it. Still bad. Bathroom equipment are very dirty eg: mold . Feel uncomfortable !
