Your home is located on a 250 m², natural plot directly in the dune belt on a private road - directly between the sandy beach and the coastal forest. The Amber House with its two halves is perfect for friendly families (2nd half of the house: DOS08007). With over 2,100 hours of sunshine, Trassenheide is not only considered the sunniest place in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, but also stands out for its family friendliness. Young and old holiday guests can discover lots of great things here on the beach promenade, such as the adventure playground, an arbor and theme park and wonderful sun loungers for relaxing. The basement is suitable for people with limited mobility due to its design. Alles in allem: Super!!
Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einer super Lage! Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 3 Minuten am Wasser. Ca 2 km zu Fuß bis nach Zinnowitz - welche am Strand wie im Flug vergehen. Das Haus selber hat eine sehr schöne Raumaufteilung! Unten Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer in einem. Sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Ein Badezimmer und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sind ebenfalls unten. Das Badezimmer ist etwas mau eingerichtet... Die Dusche hat einen Vorhang, der beim Duschen immer kuscheln möchte und richtige Ablagefläche ist dort - bis auf die Waschmaschine - auch nicht. Da fehlt definitiv ein Schrank. ;-) Dafür ist das Schlafzimmer sehr geräumig! Oben geht es weiter mit einem Badezimmer mit Sauna, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und einem Baby-Reisebett. Das Badezimmer oben ist sehr geräumig und erscheint auch moderner als das untere Bad. Die Dusche hat feste Wände, rundum ist eine Ablage und das Licht ist auch viel schöner. Einzig der Duschkopf könnte etwas mehr "Wums" haben. Da kam das Wasser für meinen Geschmack zu lasch raus... Das Doppelbett-Zimmer hat einen kleinen Balkon, welcher mit dem Balkon des Einzelbetten-Zimmers verbunden ist. Das Einzelbetten-Zimmer hat 2 Balkone - bei jedem Bett ein Balkon - wobei der eine (wie schon erwähnt) mit dem Doppelbett-Zimmer verbunden ist. Überall ist schönes Lichtambiente und man fühlt sich direkt wohl bei der Farb- und Innengestaltung des Hauses. Was wäre es denn für ein Urlaub, wenn es nichts zu Meckern gäbe? :-D Den Duschkopf im oberen Bad erwähnte ich schon. Unten habe ich nicht geduscht, das kann ich nicht beurteilen... Die Woll"ratten" unter dem Bett haben leider schon länger keinen Staubsauger gesehen, sodass wir erstmal alles gesaugt haben, bevor wir unsere Sachen ausgepackt haben. Die Wände im unteren Bereich haben Risse und der Putz blättert langsam ab - nicht unbedingt ansehnlich und macht Dreck. Das Ceranfeld hat einen extremen (aber schon bekannten) Riss, welcher das Kochen und Putzen erschwert... Es fehlen scharfe Messer! Hinter den Schränken schauen dicke Spinnweben- und Staubplatten hervor. Trotzdem: Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort hin! Das bisschen Negatives wird definitiv vom Positiven überdeckt!! Ein super Haus in einer super Lage!! :-)
