Great hotel in a great location - we were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. Also found out that Trastavere is definitely the place to be on the weekends, massive crowds of people just having a good time within a few blocks, but far enough away that the hotel was quiet.

Love the decor of the property. Our deluxe room was clean, spacious and had all the toiletries we needed, including slippers (bath robes would’ve taken it to the next level). The hotel service was superb ie. Mary, the receptionist, offered to reserve our restaurant, book a cab to take us to the airport and also helped our friends transfer from another UnaHotel to our location so we can all be together. UnaHotel has a great breakfast buffet with plenty of options to select from. Unfortunately, we were not able to see their rooftop bar but I heard that was nice too!

A very pretty hotel! Check in was excellent experience. The individual at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Later on in the day, the experience with different front desk staff, when I was asking for suggestions about what to do in the area, was definitely no where near as pleasant as the check in.

This was a fantastic area to stay in loaded with restaurants and night life. The hotel was great and has all the amenities we needed. Bed was comfortable and bathrooms well equipped. Would stay again!

Perfect hotel, a little far away, but lovely
This place is BEAUTIFUL and immaculate. The breakfast is awesome. The reception people are wonderful. I recommend you ask to NOT stay on the 6th or 7th floors, though, because they play old American music on tinny, crummy speakers at FULL BLAST from 7:30 AM - 11 PM, from the 7th flr where their restaurant is. It can be heard blasting in our room (602). I love the songs, but there's no reason on Earth to play music that loud on such cheap speakers. Reminded me of the dorms! Other than that, it was perfect. Note: it is a LONG way from the main attractions, so expect a 20 euro cab anywhere you want to see, or to walk 30-45 minutes (Coliseum, Trevi, Spanish Steps, etc.)

Lovely property with a very nice breakfast and a great rooftop bar/dining area. The facility was very clean. It is located off the beaten path a bit, but there are plenty of nice dining options within a very short walk.

Beautiful Hotel with nice rooms and great breakfast in the wrong place as the area around it does not reflect the class of the hotel. Good shopping was very limited as well as upscale restaurants. Graffiti was everywhere as if desecrating buildings was a career.

My husband enjoyed our stay at Unahotel. The room was comfortable, clean and modern. The hotel is conveniently located in walking distance to the Colosseum, The Forum, The Fountain of Trevi, Spanish Stairs, and The Pantheon. It was a 20 minute taxi ride from the train station, and about 40 minutes from the airport. We enjoyed an apperitivo and dinner at the rooftop bar and restaurant. The view at sunset is amazing! My 2 requests to make this hotel the absolute best: 1) Eliminate or replace the heavy scent in the reception area. I love a good deodorizer or pretty scent but this smelled like a heavy men's cologne. 2) The complimentary breakfast was not good. I think the hotel should stay true to an Italian breakfast and not offer hot dog and baked beans. Nor the scrambled eggs which tasted like they were made from powder.
