The hotel was fine and decent location. The hot tub was TOO HOT - almost unbearable. The property is across the street from the beach so for the price, better off staying on the lakefront. The street is pretty busy and no crosswalk nearby. The hotel was clean and had decent continental breakfast. We wanted to stay another night but they would not negotiate price. Place across the street was cheaper so we checked out.

The hotel was good for the cost as compared to the others around the area. It was just a walk across the street a bit to get to a public beach where you could sit and relax. The breakfast was fair. , Nothing hot except waffles. No eggs, sausage potatoes etc The woman assisting with the breakfast, Margie, was tremendous and on both days of our stay helped us plan the area and gave us great tips. Room was clean, but on the smaller side. No restaurants without driving except a Mexican one.All in all was just fine for us.

Our stay was exceptionally nice. Lobby was inviting. Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was more than helpful. Little things like having enough quarters for the washer and dryer, stepping up and returning some money that the vending machine kept. Only wish there were more eating places within walking distance.
