The property from the outside is nice. Just like any other hotel. The reception was nice and the guy working was helpful. Once we got into the room, we were disappointed due to the cleanliness or lack there of… the carpet was stained and dirty and there was a red stain(spit or blood) on the wall. The bathroom was old and had mold in it.

Place is old and run-down. Breakfast is worthless. Bottoms of my feet were black and dirty from the bathroom floor. Bed was comfortable however. There are many other options in TC. I came in with low expectations, and it met them.

It was in bad condition. We asked to see a room before checking in and were denied. The jetted tub and shower were dirty. The carpet was not vacuumed. Found candy wrapper and contact lens in the walkway. Staff was rude.

Fine for place to sleep.
Everything was fine about the room except the shower/tub, that needs to be completely replaced. Shower head was rusty and grimey. The handle to turn on the water looked to be covered in black mold. Tub floor was cracked and plastic was peeling all over.

Various things in the room did not work like the fireplace in the king size suite if the whirlpool was very dirty but the staff was very friendly and pleasant which made our stay feel much better !!

The bed was very comfortable. I upgraded to a suite and the tub was unusable and the shower had mold under the lip. The pice was ok but I probably won’t stay again

Get out of the 80s!!
This hotel was out dated! I swear my dad's cigarette burn from 1981 was still on the bathroom vanity. The shower was cracked, scuffed and the tub drain was disgusting to say the least. The whole place needs a severe renovation! I saw so many other hotels in the area that i should have spent a little extra money on. Im not sure what kind of people did the good reviews i saw, but, they were very misleading.
Tub drain full of disgusting gunk and hair.
Cracked shower everywhere. Caulk was disintegrating everywhere in the bathroom.

The afternoon/evening front desk clerk was super friendly and very helpful with suggesting restaurants and providing directions.

Two electrical outlets didn’t work at all. I had to set the coffee maker on top of the garbage can - to reach an outlet. Behind the coffee tables have not been vacuumed in a while. (I used to clean at the Inn at Bay Harbor) Had to also find an outlet for a lamp. Neither outlets for the lamps worked. Staff didn’t seem to care when I told them about it.
