Welcome to our quiet home placed on 10 acres just 3 miles from downtown Bellaire Michigan. Enjoy your stay in our converted in-law suite, offering space for 4 guests. A full private bathroom and Kitchenette stocked with all the essentials. The kitchen area provides a toast over / microwave combo, compact refrigerator and single serve coffee maker. Large flat screen tv with apple tv and internet is provided.

We are located just minutes away from Shanty Creek Resorts, offering both winter and summer sports. Schuss Mountain 6.6 miles, Cedar River 5.9 miles, and the main lodge at Summit Village is 3.1 miles from our home.

Like to mountain bike or take a great hike? Glacier Trails are just 5.9 miles from our door step! Shorts Brewery is a common go to place for most guest visiting the area just 2.5 miles away.

We are nestled with in the Chain of Lakes and Torch Lake is just a few minutes away! The often heard of Torch Lake sandbar is 10 miles away.

Get away
The perfect place to stay clean, comfortable, quiet. The Host is very friendly and has thought of everything that you would need. Ironing board, hair dryer, shampoo, body wash, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, luxury towels camp fire starter just to name a few. Try it you won’t be disappointed.

We will be returning soon! Wonderful place and location! Owners are welcoming, friendly and willing to help make recycling for your adventure goals. Interior design colors and decor make it a very appealing place to call home for your vacation! Everything we wanted to do was quite close and we were also able to explore new places even though we are familiar with some of the areas. Our time went by way to quickly. The best place to stay!
We had a great stay here! After staying at many rentals, this was by far the cleanest we have ever stayed at! The location was perfect for us, the directions to check in/check out were very clear, and the trip couldn’t have been easier. Even with two small kids with us, there was plenty of room and it was nice to feel like we were in a home environment. We highly recommend this place and if we are back in the area, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Can’t say anything negative about this property. The hostess thought of just about everything. Beds are super comfortable, place is spacious, kitchen was stocked with a very nice coffee/tea selection, quiet, very clean and smells wonderful. Lots of outlets for my makeup mirror and our chargers. Liz even has a small fan that I used by my bedside since I’m at the age where I need air blowing on me!! The one and only thing would be maybe have sugar and/or sweetener for the tea and coffee. We were only there 1 full day and 2 nights but did a lot. We would recommend renting a kayak from Paddles and Pedals, relaxing and scenery and wildlife was great. We loved M88 Morning Grind for a light breakfast and coffee. The Torche Lake Cellars is a must, beautiful spot and if you’re a golfer they have something special for you. Had dinner at Dockside and River Walk in Elk Rapids and of course, go to Shorts Brewery. We had a great little getaway and would definitely want to stay at this adorable property again!

The In-law suite is just as it appears in the photos. It is very clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was all we needed as we were on the go all day! The beds were comfortable, the shower and bathroom were nice, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee and the little welcome treat! 5 out of 5!

I can see why this property has all FIVE stars!
Our stay here was just perfect. It helped to read the many reviews beforehand, which were all positive. And after staying here, we can see why this property has all five stars. We wanted a place that was convenient and clean, not too expensive, and the Broken Club Suite fit the bill. It was an easy check-in process and Liz was always available to communicate with and quick to respond. The description of the Broken Club Suite was on point as well. The suite was clean and smelled so good. The indoor temperature was comfortable, the sheets were luxurious and the bed was so cozy. We slept really well. When we arrived, it was cool and rainy and so the large selection of coffee, tea and even hot chocolate for the Keurig was welcomed. Aside from our clothing and personal toiletries, there was nothing we could have needed or asked for. They thought of everything! We would definitely book this suite again if we were visiting this area.

What a wonderful, quiet place to relax. Close to downtown Bellaire and some very lovely wineries. The accommodations were beautifully decorated and very charming. I would definitely recommend this as a hidden gem!!

Perfect weekend getaway
Had such a great time on my weekend away. I stayed in the whole time to just relax and unwind from a busy life at home. It was just what I needed. The place was absolutely clean as a whistle.
