We used the valet and it was returned with a scuff mark on the paint on the rear passenger side and have not had any correspondence back from the hotel after sending an email??? Stay was great other than the damage to car and no response?

Within walking of dining and shops of traverse city. Great! Nice hotel but noisy. Air conditioning unit was noisy and construction outside of our window woke us up early.

Highly Recommend
You cannot beat this location. The rooftop bar was fabulous with exceptional service. The only negative was our room wasn't ready until about 5. Room was beyond clean. The size and cleanliness of the hotel and room are well worth the price. You will most likely have to pay for parking but cannot beat the walkable location to everything downtown. You will not be disappointed.

Great location.
We requested and paid extra for a “city view” room. Our view was of a metal box (perhaps an AC unit). They wouldn’t refund the extra cost of the room and were unable or willing to move us. The heating and air conditioning unit in the room was loud and it was difficult to make the room a comfortable temp. Great location to downtown.
