The basement apartment is located in the green recreation area in the south of Berlin.
The Müggelsee is within walking distance. This is precisely why some prominent musicians have settled here. Guests love to combine the tranquility and relaxation with the exciting visit to the capital. The S-Bahn takes you directly to the center in 35 minutes.
A bicycle tour or a walk through NEUVENEDIG, where small canals and bridges are reminiscent of the Italian model and invite you, are also possible on site. The old fishing village (Berlin-Rahnsdorf) is very close to the apartment. In the warmer season, a liner docks there and takes you to the beer garden NEUHELGOLAND. Water sports enthusiasts meet at the BORKENBUDE (Müggelsee), where everyone can enjoy the sunset with music in a deck chair.

Great Away From the City Spot
Lieselotte’s place is about one hour outside of central Berlin (door to door from almost any Berlin locale). We stayed 4 nights so there was plenty of time to tour Berlin and get the feel of suburban living just outside of Berlin. This German suburb is very sweet with a lake you can swim in nearby; lots of bike & walking trails & convenient to the bus that will take you to the Rhansdorf train station or you can walk 25 minutes to the train station on one of the bike trails. From the station, it’s a 35 minute train ride to central Berlin. The apartment is quite spacious 2-bedrooms with an outside patio to enjoy a nice breakfast or quiet moment. Clothes washer is included & the kitchen is fairly well-stocked with utensils if you want to cook. The shower can be tough. Because of the low ceiling, unless you are 5’ 2” or shorter you cannot stand in the shower and may have to clean your body piecemeal or have a bath in the small tub. This is one small drawback and the other is that Lieselotte turns the WIFI off at night. These were actually small inconveniences because this place is delightful & Lieselotte is very kind & helpful. I would definitely return here on a future trip.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung am Rande von Berlin
Vielen lieben Dank, Lieselotte für den schönen Aufenthalt in deiner Ferienwohnung. Wir haben sie genau so vorgefunden, wie du sie in der Anzeige beschrieben hast. Vor allem hat uns die Terrasse sehr gut gefallen, dort konnten wir uns gut erholen. Die Wohnung liegt am Rande von Berlin, der Müggelsee liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bus, Tram und S-Bahn sind gut zu erreichen. Bis Berlin-Mitte sind es ca. 40-50 Minuten. Aber auch die Umgebung hat uns gut gefallen... Ransdorf selber, Friedrichshagen und Köpenick zum Beispiel. Aber ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an dich... wir haben jeden kleinen Plausch mit dir genossen und wünschen dir alles Gute.

Alles eine Nummer kleiner - Reisegruppe & Unterkunft - aber Einrichtung & Lage sind PERFEKT
Im Normalfall verbringen wir die Tage über den Jahreswechsel mit vielen Freunden im Thüringer Wald. Pandemiebedingt fuhren wir auf Sparflamme runter und mit einem befreundeten Paar an den Müggelsee. Eine gute Entscheidung!!! Der Tapetenwechsel tat uns gut und die von Lieselotte ist sehenswert - wie die gesamte Wohnung, die Gegend und die Vermieterin. Die Beschreibung des Objekts stimmt mit der Realität überein. Wir kommen gern zu einer anderen Jahreszeit wieder und freuen uns heute schon auf diese Auszeit in Rahnsdorf. Schöne Unterkunft
Schönes Objekt und perfekter Startpunkt für Reisen nach Berlin. Die Ruhe der Siedlung und die Nähe zum Wasser sind auch für Urlaub vor Ort ideal. Bei einem Besuch sollte aber ein Plausch mit der Gastgeberin nicht fehlen. Eine offene und herzliche Frau mit spannender Geschichte.

Schöner Kurzurlaub
Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der Fernseher war zur Freude unseres Sohnes riesig, die Terrasse zu unserer Freude sehr romantisch. Die Mischung aus Natur und Stadt in der Umgebung war für uns perfekt. Der Strand am kleinen Müggelsee war für uns der schönste. Nur das Wetter war nicht immer badetauglich.

Die Terrasse und die Lage der Wohnung sind wunderschön. Sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem findet man alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist klein, besonders für größere Menschen wegen der niedrigen Deckenhöhe, aber sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich, offen und hilfsbereit und so kann man sich nur wohlfühlen! Dankeschön!

Ganz liebe Gastgeberin. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung im Souterrain. Schöner Hinterhof zum entspannen. 5 min zum Bus, mit der S-Bahn in 30 min. am Alex. Schöner Ort mit "Klein Venedig" (unbedingt Kanu ausleihen und durchfahren) und Strandbad 30 min zu Fuß. Schöne Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad machbar. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Durch und durch ein sehr schöner Aufenhalt! Die Wohnung ist wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben. Alles sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet und ausgestattet. W-lan war stabil und auch zum streamen völlig ausreichend. Der schöne Garten lädt gerade zu zum Verweilen ein und war auch für unsere Kinder (5+7 Jahre) ein schöner Ort zum spielen und entdecken. Die Lage und Anbindung zur Stadt war für uns als Familie optimal - nicht zu nah am Trubel, aber gute Anbindung/ Entfernung zur Stadtmitte (zum Alex mit ÖPNV ca. 45min). Lieselotte, die Gastgeberin, haben wir alle sofort ins Herz geschlossen. Lieselotte, du bist eine liebevolle, fröhliche und sehr tolle Gastgeberin - wir haben die Zeit bei und mir dir sehr genossen. Danke :) Für uns ganz klare und verdiente 5 *****

Super Ferienwohnung und tolle Vermieterin
Nach der sehr herzlichen Begrüßung konnte der Aufenthalt in Berlin nur gelingen. Liselotte ist ein rührend herzlicher Mensch mit einer blitzsauberen und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung, in der wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Perfekte Location für Berlinreisende, die trotzdem nicht auf eine ruhige Umgebung mitten im Grünen verzichten möchten. In einer halben Stunde ist man dank des Nahen S-Bahnanschlusses in Berlin Mitte.Jederzeit gerne nochmal. L

Sich im Urlaub zu Hause fühlen.
"Das Leben kann so einfach sein, Türe auf und Sonne rein". Genauso ist die Gastfreundschaft von Lieselotte. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. ... ein zu Hause im Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sauber, liebevoll und schön eingerichtet. Die Deckenhöhe in der Souterainwohnung ist etwas niedriger, funktioniert bei einem 1.90m-Mann aber trotzdem sehr gut. Gerne haben wir uns bei dem tollen Wetter, welches wir hatten, zum Frühstück und Abendessen im schönen Gärtle aufgehalten. Die Lage in Rahnsdorf ist ideal. Mit der S-Bahn dauerte es knapp 30 Minuten bis zum Alexanderplatz. Auch für Wanderungen, Unternehmungen am See und für Radtouren ist die Lage der Wohnung von Lieselotte in Rahnsdorf ideal. Fazit: allen unseren Freunden würden wir ohne Bedenken die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Sehr liebe Vermieterin, die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet und für Menschen unter 1,80 m Körpergrösse gut zu bewohnen. Schön wäre es, die doch sehr kleine Sitzwanne durch eine richtige Dusche zuersetzen.Sehr schöne Terasse gleicht die doch recht dunkle Wohnung aus
