The villa has 4 bedrooms (one of which is a suite, a double room for double use and a single room) and two bathrooms, a large 9 meter high living room, two porches, one of which is over 120 square metres, a warm dining area and a large kitchen divided into two areas. The mezzanine area houses the large library and music room. All furnished with modern taste and wooden coverings. Other service environments (e.g. laundry) are available. Other things to keep in mind
During the winter season (20 October --> 30 April) we apply an energy cost equal to 10% of the rent. Pets allowed by agreement with the owner. In case of excessive dirt due to the animal's hair, additional costs may be necessary which will be requested separately. As there is a large park to be looked after in the various seasons, it is possible to see the gardeners at work. In fact, they have access to the park itself.
