The apartment is located in via Ciamician, on the first floor of a typical building in the center of Trieste, without a lift.

Here you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners independently, an oven, microwave oven and kettle are available.

The sofa becomes a comfortable bed, please note that as a personal choice there is no TV.

The structure is completed by the bedroom with double bed and the bathroom with large shower, the apartment is equipped with heating and Wi-Fi, hairdryer, bed linen and towels are available.

Please note that the apartment is on the first floor and overlooks the condominium entrance hall.

Guests will have the entire apartment at their disposal and will be able to access the apartment in complete autonomy via self-check-in system and coded key boxes.
However, it could happen that for management reasons the check-in is done in the presence of a member of our staff.

Signature of the rental contract is required, which is mandatory in Italy for short-term tourist rentals.
Payment of the tourist tax of 2.00€ per person per day is required.
ONLY for bookings of two people requesting two separate beds, a laundry supplement of 15€ is required.
For bookings of three people or two people using the same bed it's NOT required.
