Cute house, great view
This house is small and clean with great views. It has a well appointed kitchen (bring your own condiments and ice). Downstairs bed is very firm as others have reported. The owner is clearly an agency, not a family, as this is on a site with multiple rentals. We had no issues with this setup, but we were there in the off season and only one of the other houses had renters, so it felt private. Things I wish I had packed: Slippers for the very cold floors (winter), coffee filters (there was a reusable filter that didn't fit too well), ice, and salt and pepper shakers. Basically, if you are going to cook, bring all your ingredients and don't count on there being any common items. No tv in the main downstairs area, but we played games and read so not an issue. The hot tub was nice, though we didn't find the towels intended for it until we had used it (bottom left-hand drawer, downstairs bathroom). And it is right next to the garbage can, which could be unpleasant in hot weather.The other thing I would check if renting in the hot season is whether they have AC as only a few of the windows open, one of which is right next to the above mentioned garbage can.Overall, it worked well for us and we would rent again.

The only complaint we had was that the smoke alarm went off every time we tried to cook anything. what was worse is they were so high, we couldn't reach them to silence them.

Girls Get-away
Fantastic stay. This is our third visit here. This time for a few festive days for four girlfriends. The house is always clean, the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking, we loved the hot tub and the view is to die for! Will book again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Stagecoach cabin on this gorgeous property. Everything was clean, well kept and immaculately organized. We arrived at night so it was slightly hard to find, but the detailed directions provided by the property manager made it much easier. Entry was seamless and we never needed to contact anyone during our stay. The property is sensational, overlooking the ocean with sunsets you could see beautifully from the kitchen if you don't feel like taking the short walk to the bluff to sit and enjoy it in the provided Adirondack chairs (we walked down every night!). We also used the jacuzzi every night, which was so welcomed after our daily hikes in the redwoods. Tons of games and puzzles provided and everything you could ever need in the kitchen. 10/10 - will definitely stay again!

Worst VRBO experience ever
On the morning of our first night in the home, the power went out. We had no power, heat or hot water. Property Manager was unable to confirm when it would be back on. We went and got food, heat etc until I watched the PGE website and saw the power appeared on in the afternoon. Drove back out to the property and the power was out. Property Manager came by, apologized and said I would be compensated. We left and went back home. I had paid for 3 nights but only stayed for one. The reimbursement didn't even cover 2 nights. I was told by the PM well the power came on at 4pm before the last night. As if we were going to go to a hotel and wait around for the power and pay for 2 locations. PGE website said the power was not coming back on until 10pm our last night so went back home. I have screenshots of the PGE website but the Vacasa LLC will not return my calls, VRBO said they would have them reach out to me but they never did. I have used VRBO for years and NEVER had this issue. This rental is the worst one out there. Be sure to check out all the fees. We paid for a hot tub we couldn't even use. It's ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere! We thought visiting our college town renting a beach house for a birthday celebration would be amazing. It was not.

Beautiful location with stunning views of the pacific from the deck, Jacuzzi, kitchen window, bedroom, and upper floor. Clean and modern with everything you need. Minutes from Sumeg State Park and 20-30 minutes to many many trail heads I think Redwood State and National Parks. We hope to visit again!

Beautiful Place Excellent Stay -But NOT A Secluded Cabin Though
The house was amazing and located in a perfect area for seeing the sights such as (Patrick's Point) Sue Meg State Park and all points north and south. The property was outfitted and complete with everything you could ever want for several people. (It was just me and my son. So, we had way more than enough). The kitchen, bathroom, beds, and hot tub were all great; and all the utilities like coffee maker were there (even binoculars and board games and a large TV in the loft for my son's gaming). You could walk down to a bluff and hear the seals barking daily. The only downside is that this property is in the middle of a "compound" where you are surrounded by other houses, a trailer, and a "lodge" that blocks most of your view of the ocean. The listing very cleverly makes it appear otherwise. So, I was a bit put off and disappointed about that. If you are okay with being surrounded by other properties, this house has it all though.

Perfect Spot by the Sea
Loved the house and the bluff overlooking the ocean was just perfect. It was rainy and blustery, but still gorgeous to watch the waves crash over the rocks where a group of seals was barking and basking.

We had a great time and enjoyed the place and the view! I gave it 4 stars just because I think the rugs and carpet could use to be cleaned and the furniture downstairs is starting to look a little worn. One other thing is the the kitchen window that faces the other unit has no blind and that would be nice for when its dark out and you are sitting at the kitchen table at night. Great neighborhood and we enjoyed the little restaurant down the road.

Beautiful but is it worth it?
This is an incredible location in the middle of the Northern California woods. There's a beautiful ocean view so close to the water that you can hear sea lions barking. The property was clean and cozy, with a hot tub for relaxation. The check in/out process was easy and straight forward. However contacting the property management after our stay was not. Reaching out with concerns apparently did not warrent a response from them and took a less than ideal review to get any type of correspondence. There was an abundance of spiders in the home which is understandable due to the fact that it is in the woods but take note so you aren't surprised. What was most concerning to us was one night at 12:30am we were surprised by a handgun being fired rapidly right outside the master bedroom window on the property. It was unsettling to say the least. We understand that this is out of property management's control but it might be in their best interest to invest in some cameras for the property. It appears that this may be reoccuring as there was a patched hole in one of the windows. Our family would absolutely stay here again had there been better communication from vacasa.

Cute Cottage by the Sea
Beautiful cottage. The check in process was easy and the cottage was just perfect for the 4 of us. We loved the sea side buff. The place was the perfect location for us to explore the redwood parks. We would definitely come back.
