Maison confortable mais gestion à revoir
Tout d'abord un seul jeu de clef n'est pas suffisant pour un logement prévoyant autant d'occupants. 2eme point les espaces verts auraient dû être faits avant notre arrivée et ils n'ont jamais été fait durant le séjour donc des herbes hautes durant tout notre séjour. 3eme point, il conviendrait de prévenir avant d'intervenir dans le logement (nous avons eu 2 visites inopinées au début de notre sejour, c'est la 1ere fois que cela m'arrive dans une location). 4eme point, il y a énormément de poussière dans les recoins des canapés lits une fois ouverts. 5ème point, les occupants de la suite parentale ont dû nettoyer le siphon de la douche car il était bouché. Enfin, dernière chose qui ne relève pas de la responsabilité du propriétaire mais le bruit des travaux en face est vraiment pénible, un petit mot à ce sujet à l'arrivée des locataires permettrait de s'organiser pour favoriser les sorties le matin et profiter de la maison une fois les travaux terminés en milieu de journée. En dépit de ces points d'amélioration, je note tout de même que la maison est bien équipée et confortable. Toutefois, compte tenu du positionnement tarifaire du logement, je suis globalement assez déçue de cette location.
