I was satisfied with the price, but the furniture was too big for the small room.

Overall not a bad place to stay, this is not a 5 star review due to check in being off property (you will get an email of where to go), a squeaky uncomfortable bed, a bed frame that falls apart with a headboard that bangs against the wall each time you move and an overall concern with maintenance of the cabins. This is similar to a K.O.A cabin in terms of upkeep and value for your money.

The log cabin idea seemed charming, unfortunately, the actual experience was not. The log beds (2 queens) were too large for the space and we had difficulty walking past the end of the bed to get to the bathroom area. We are not large people. The beds were sagging, old and creaky. The shower is a one- person stand up stall - every small. The staff were not particularly helpful and the free breakfast - at the motel across the main street in town - was sparse. I would not recommend this lodging to anyone.

-Dirty face cloth in shower -trees scratching roof and side of cabin all night -1/2" gap on top and bottom of front door -screw missing from locking on front so difficult to keep locked -cobwebs -shower and sink taps require cleaning (white calcium build up) -bed lumpy -wifi cuts out continually -porch bench broken WORST PLACE ON MY 2 WEEK TRIP

Bryce National Park was our favorite on the trip and Torrey was a good location for our visit. The cabin does not have an office so you check in at the motel across the street and get a free continental (limited) from there. The best feature of the cabin was the internet TV. We were able to watch a soccer game using our apple tv login.

Ok just for a quick stay over
Communication was good and property was easy to find. This vacation rental needed A LOT of work. It had everything we needed, but the carpeting was quite dirty. The bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable. Since we were only there for one night, it was fine for a quick stop over.

This was our last stop of a National Parks trip to Zion and Bryce. Due to the state of this lodge, we had to unfortunately cut our trip a day short as it was just unsafe to stay. We booked the lodge for a 2 bed cabin based 1. Soundproofing : We stayed in unit 6 which is about 20 yards from the main street. EVERY single vehicle that passed on Main street was very audible in the room. As this is a pass through town, a lot of vehicles pass even at night. There was 0 soundproofing. 2. Fire safety: There are no fire detectors, no indicators for fire exits and no fire extinguishers. Again not as indicated by the hotel and Expedia. 3. Dirty: Like other reviews mention, the cabins are absolutely dirty. We were back from our hikes before the cleaning service took place and all they did was empty the trash and came back outside. No cleaning took place whatsoever. Mind you we were there... they didn't try to hide this fact. Found dead bugs and most likely mice droppings in the room along with ear buds - must not be soundproof eh- and trash from previous tenants. 4. Electrical fire hazards : The fan didn't work but you could see the lights flicker when trying to turn it on. In the middle of the night, the lights turned on AUTOMATICALLY every hour. No clue why or how but this doesn't give us much confidence in the fire safety along with 0 protection. 5.The bed frame simply wasn't attached so one of the 2 beds was unusable. Tropic people were nice though as 1 good thing

We booked for 2 nights. This property was run down. First cabin given to us was dirty, toilet was not cleaned, look like poop all around the bowl. Window was covered in spider webs and spiders. Dead bugs on floor. We checked for bed bugs and the mattress was covered with a really old crusty yellow foam mattress pad. The sink was separate from the shower and toilet. Bottom half was covered with old plywood rotting and falling out of place. The smell in this cabin#19 was masked by a very strong industrial strength air freshener. The door did not shut properly due to being rotted at the bottom. We returned back to the office across the street with our concerns. We explained the conditions of the cabin and that we would not be staying in that one. I asked her if she had been in that cabin recently and she made a smirk on her face and laughed, like this was a joke. She gave us keys to another cabin and again this cabin was very run down, it was a bit cleaner, bathroom appeared to have been cleaned, no dead bugs on floor. It did have that same strong industrial strength air freshener masking the mildew smell.Door to cabin was rotted at bottom making it hard to shut. We checked availability of other hotels in the area, no vacancies. We stayed 1 night and left in the morning. We ended up losing the money for the second night, no refund. The majority of people in the Town of Tropic were very nice. The Bryce Canyon Coffee Co/The Pizza Place was excellent. We highly recommend both places.

Ours was actually a little house. The dining room chair legs were broken. There was one king bed and 1 full bed instead of 2 queen beds. Would stay again.

The woman at the desk was wonderful. She was friendly and attentive. She was also in charge of setting out the free breakfast. What was not good was the cleanliness of the cabin. The floors turned the bottoms of our feet black, there were stains in the toilet, there was no strainer on the sink faucet so water splashed everywhere, the AC unit was extremely loud, the hair dryer caught fire, the tv remote was broken and the bed was an innerspring mattress that was hard as a rock and made noise every time you turned over!
