Cabin was cozy: I loved the walls and ceiling were covered in pine planks. Parking was just outside the door. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Bad: You had to check-in across the street, which was not communicated to us ahead of time. We asked another guest. Breakfast was continental - no hot eggs or sausage or biscuits and gravy. Not as good as La Quinta. I would stay there again, given the choices in that location.

This is my 3-d time staying in Bryce Valley. We arrived little earlier and had to wait until 3 pm to check in. Check in was easy and fast, the staff was nice and friendly. Cabin was clean quiet and safe, good location, close to Bryce Canyon. We had microwave, small fridge, TV, air conditioner, heater and coffee maker in our room. Everything worked fine. We did not have wi-fi for the first night, we could not make phone calls. The next day we went to the office and complain about it, and they fixed it. Thank you. Would be nice to have a little table and at least one chair in the room and also some coffee for the coffee maker. We did not have a free breakfast because we left before 8 am. each day. Overall, we had a good time staying at Bryce Valley Lodging. Thank you.

We did not stay in the cabins. Our TV didn't work and the plumbing in the shower was hard to turn on and loose and we were worried it would break. (The TV was a deal breaker for my guy). They moved us to the main property across the street. There were some issues. They refunded one of our nights. I appreciated that the staff was friendly.

This is a run down property with a bad bed. Missing light bulbs, no aerator in sink so water blasts out everywhere. No onsite management you get key from hotel across the street, when told about the issues they said they would call the owner and they would call. They never did and the issues remained a problem. We left a day early and got a hotel. This is an absolutely last choice property.

Lovely log cabins , unfortunately housekeeping left a bin of previous guests rubbish . Found the bed extremely uncomfortable but apart from that we had a lovely stay and breakfast over the road at the hotel was lovely

No lights when I tried to turn on when I entered. No soap. No coffee. Cabin numbers are not visible. Parking area dark and not lit.Roads are gravel and terrible. This is the worst place I stayed. Very Unhappy both with the hotel and Expedia

The wooden deck had a slat that was broken. We did not have any soap for showering or washing hands. There were not any cups provided for water or coffee. The toilet was nasty around the rim. The couple that was traveling with us and was staying in the neighboring cabin had to move to the sister motel due the their bed being hard and feeling more like a box spring than a mattress. The check-in and check-out staff was very nice!

The room was fine, however the bed was poorly made, the coffee suplies were incomplete, the ceilind fan didn’t work, the only way to turn off the tv was ro unplug it. On the plus side the internet was good.
