(Straight forward TV Instructions Provided). Make use of the Kitchenette with a Mini Fridge, resting 1 of 3 SONOS WIFI Speakers (App Instructions Included) and a WIFI Booster. Choose to Workout, or Relax in our Yoga Room with provided Mats, Weights, Heated Floors, Bluetooth speaker, and a Full Sauna (Dry or Wet Stone) with a Large Shower to rise off. Instructions are provided for the proper use of the Sauna to ensure a safe sweat, including its desired settings, and 8 different lighting options for ambiance. Next to these 2 rooms at the bottom level, there is a room with twin couch if needed, and next to that is also a King Bedroom downstairs (Bedroom #6) with a tower oscillating fan for warm summers, a space heater for extra Winter comfort, a smart TV, GRACO Pack & Play #1, and of course a very comfortable mattress, down comforter and duvet cover inclusive of plush pillows allowing for your deep sleep. This room also has a 2nd kitchenette with fridge, plus a 2nd washer and dryer, pub table, and full bathroom. Know that this kitchen and bathroom also has adjustable temperature heated flooring for your comfort, and even a private side door entrance that takes you out to the right exterior of the home where the shed is, allowing you to head up to the garage and front of the house or left to the back deck and hot tub.

You will be delighted to see the shuffleboard table sanded and sprayed to perfection upon your arrival, ready for friendly competition, and the 3 arcades if you were curious are as follows. 1) Championship Addition Street Fighter with 4 versions of the game and WIFI capability for online competition, as well as another 8 entirely different games built in to cover all bases. 2) A thrilling compilation of 3 classic driving games, where you feel the thrill by using a steering wheel, manual gear changes, and use of both gas and break peddles. 3) Who doesn't enjoy an interactive shooting game? Dream Buck Hunter! With a wide variety of environments, you will have a Blast (pun intended) when you are pumping the toy shot gun and shooting at the screen targets including moving bucks, while trying to avoid the doe and other animals. Please play carefully.

*Middle Floor (Main):

Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen with Island, Bar Top, 2 Fireplaces, Garage, Shared Bathroom, Laundry Room, and 2 Doors to access the backyard. Beginning with the Living Room, you will find the Honeywell Thermostat which will be set to a comforting 68 degrees upon arrival during Winter, but we encourage you to set your desired comfort setting. Here you may gather around the fireplace, and in front of the 65” Smart TV, either on the wrap around couch or in the two chairs next to the large picturesque windows and Infinity Game Table inclusive of a wide variety of board games such as Monopoly, Life, Trouble, or Connect 4 to name a few of about fifty, all playable electronically! We also hope that one of your guests can gently play our guitar to make for a fantastic fireside environment, and if not, enjoy using the 2nd of 3 SONOS WIFI Speakers which is actually the Soundbar under the Living Room TV. While you have access to the back deck and backyard from here, we hope that friends and family can enjoy your favorite show by the fire when dining at our large natural wood dining table between the living room and kitchen. Our kitchen meets the TAP Inventory List, so we will have all that you can expect at home and more, ensuring a lovely breakfast, lunch, and dinner for all. The Kitchen consists of top of the line BOSCH appliances, stone countertops, an additional bar table top and seating area, 2nd Fireplace, and access to both the back deck and the bottom floor.

*Back Deck/Yard:

BBQ, 8 Person Jetted Hot Tub, Outdoor Shower, Outdoor Patio Furniture, Side Door to Bottom Floor, Kitchen & Living Room Access, Motion Sensor Lighting & Solar Lighting. Accessible via either side of the house, or 2 separate doors off the main interior floor, we are excited to have you host your friends and family with use of our BBQ and outdoor patio and seating area, and of course unwind in the 8 person Hot Tub. Should you walk down and around the right side of the home, you can enter the bottom floor full kitchen, or continue around past the shed into the back where you will find an upper and lower patio. While the upper deck grants you access to the Kitchen or Living room, as well as the outdoor patio furniture and BBQ, the lower section allows you to tuck away and into the 8 person Hot Tub which will be set to 100 degrees upon your arrival and is complete with a built in waterfall, jets, and lighting. We do also have an outdoor shower, and we encourage you to rinse off prior to getting into the hot tub as this will ensure a more clean and purified water condition throughout the duration of your stay.

*Entrance (Ground Level):

1G Internet, Flat Driveway, 2 Car Garage, Bear Box, Hammock, Solar Lighted Pathways, Motion Sensor Lighting, Winter Driveway & Additional Shoveling Service, left of entry in Foyer, a Charging Capable Couch and the Full Bedroom (#5). As you enter using the Schlage Coded Automated Deadbolt Door Lock and into the stone foyer you are immediately welcomed by the open concept floor plan with a bedroom to the left, a staircase leading up to 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms upstairs, or 2 staircases on either side that lead down to the main floor inclusive of the living, dining room, kitchen, Laundry Room, and Garage Entrance. Let's take you upstairs!

*Top Floor:

4 Bedrooms, 3 Full Bathrooms, 2 Smart TV's, SONOS WIFI Speaker #3, and the GRACO Pack & Play #2. First up is Master Bedroom #1, which includes a King Bed, SONOS WIFI Speaker, a tower oscillating fan for warm summers, a space heater for extra Winter comfort, and of course a very comfortable mattress, down comforter and duvet cover inclusive of plush pillows. This Master King also has a private outdoor patio with seating and side table, as well as an Ensuite Full Bathroom! Included is an attached side room with a Twin Bed as well as a unique kids cubby sleeping area with another Twin Mattress! Down the hall you will find the Queen Bedroom (#2) with a Smart TV, King Bedroom (#3) with a Smart TV, Kids (2) Twin Bedroom (#4), and 2 separate Shared Full Bathrooms complete with Shampoo/Conditioner & Hair Dryers so everyone is able to get ready for the day in a timely fashion.
