Location
The house is up for sale. Neighborhood is sketchy. The yard has goat heads and no blinds on certain windows. Lacks a little bit of privacy. But overral a great stay for our trip to the springs.

Comfortable beds and sand spurs
We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating inside. The kitchen was fairly well equipped. The only negatives that I have was the lack of seating outside. There was one ancient Adirondack chair by the fire pit that looked like it would break if anyone sat on it, which no one wanted to do because it was covered in bird poop. The other negative was the sand spurs in the back yard. The host tried to fix the problem by covering them with gravel. This was not successful. Every time that my dog went out back he came back limping with his feet full of them. The front yard was okay, so we would only let him out front.
