The MiAMar apartment is located within the Batica Healven complex in the seaside village of Rogowo. The property is ideal for a seaside holiday - the secluded Rogowo Beach and Lake Resko are nearby. An unquestionable advantage is the fact that the apartment is located in the first line of the coast, and guests reach the beach through their own lockable gate and a short, picturesque path leading through the forest (300 m). For sports enthusiasts, a gym is available on the premises. In addition, during the summer season, an outdoor heated swimming pool can be used, accessed by a bridge with glass railings. The grounds of the property are landscaped with a beautiful garden with a designated area for dining or basking in the sun on a deckchair. In addition, there are numerous restaurants nearby such as the Bay of Flavours (2.8 km) and the Mesa Grill Restaurant Cafe (3 km). A Żabka grocery shop (1.3 km) is also available within walking distance. There is also a car park on the estate, with a designated area where you can safely leave your car and a lockable covered bike shed.
