This hotel is definitely a motel not a hotel,the sheets were dirty water was dripping from the bathroom.That's one hotel that I will always remember to not using best Western brand anymore.Very dirty with low class bathroom.Worst than motel type in the US.

I spent 2 nights at the best western villa in Kuta. The staff were lovely & so accommodating, bedroom was comfortable for 1, and the pool area is beautiful and was very quiet during my stay. I ate all 3 meals at the restaurant on site and the food was delicious- the complementary breakfast had plenty of food options! Where my room was located it backed onto an alley way so there was some road noise at night (but nothing that was too terrible). I would recommend this hotel to others & really enjoyed my stay :)

The Breakfast offered at this stay was amazing and the overall stay was great, the only thing I could say, was a few of the utility switches were broken, one of them being for the jetted tub which was also dirty.

Decent hotel if you need one near the airport. The pool is really nice and the staff were SO nice and helpful! They let us leave our luggage there after check out for quite some time since we had to go sort out SIM cards. My only complaint is that the bathroom felt dirty and there were stains on the walls as if a bird had gotten in and pooped on the walls in spots. Beds were comfy though and a/c was decent.

Awful Hotel. The rooms were stinky and unclean. Didn't have any windows and were full of dampness. We were given an option of two rooms and both rooms had faulty locks. The only thing good was breakfast. The staff was fine too. But the rooms were really awful. Would never choose to stay again.

Had reserved a queen-size bed 3 weeks prior to stay, but they have no more rooms available on the actual day :( The traffic outside the hotel is horrible. It takes forever to get out of Kuta area :( There is no shelter from lobby to our room, had to get drenched during raining times. Also, rainwater is collected on the room entrance. No proper drainage system to drain out the water, thus easily attracts mosquitoes :( The main room door cannot be locked and cannot be shut tightly. There will always remain a small gap, this allowing outside mosquitoes to fly in. :( The toilet door lock is spoiled and cannot be closed properly too. The toilet door is translucent, causing the outside people to easily see the people in the bathroom doing business there :( The restaurant is very slow in service. Ordered only 2 main dishes and there is not many customers during our time of order, yet it took more than 15 minutes to serve :( The reception is not communicating and not working well with the spa team. The lobby reception asked us to book a time for spa with the spa front desk at 2nd level. The spa front desk asked us to book the spa through the reception. Pushing from one to another, in the end we did not manage to book an appointment for spa :( Fortunately, there are also few plus points about this hotel. It is very near to the airport. The bed & pillow are really comfortable, the TV has too many Hollywood movie channels and the buffet breakfast food taste great :)

The staff was very accommodating. We needed a early check in. We only stayed here because we needed a room close to the airport. We had a very late departure and needed a van and driver to the airport . The front desk neglected to arrange for the van as promised after confirming our request twice during the day. Otherwise good hotel for the money.

All areas of the property were at a good standard. Slight problem with design of shower and bath as flooded the bathroom every time it was used but not the end of the world. Reception Manager was excellent along with a restaurant Staff (especially Dian) Food was of a good standard.
